Darling Nickey 15 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Got Milk? Spokesperson" 05-08-06, 03:28 PM (EST) "Is it just me or is this season coming out of left field" From the begining i thought I knew the duds and the winner even those who had staying power but now who knows. Mollie Sue going home so quickly, to Jade still being there, and Furonda lasting as long as she did (don't get me wrong...she was kool but in the begining did you honeslty thik she would make it that far. Was is because of the sure fireness of Naima that made that season so predictable or the blahness of last season where who cares who won (i was going for bre or nik). If the decisions were decent ones I would say wow they are really trying to find a true model but it seems to me they are just going for ratings. Any thoughts? "RE: Is it just me or is this season coming out of left field" I don't think this season is much different from past seasons or other reality shows. Every season, there are always people who make you think, "why is she still here?" or people who get surprise eliminations. And it is all because of ratings. Even though there are people who stay longer than we expect (or they deserve), the best person usually ends up winning. I am a little surprised that Furonda stayed as long as she did. To me, she was never very strong, but there were always people weaker than her who had to go home. I won't say anything about Jade since there's already plenty of discussion/argument about her on the forums and I don't want this to dissolve into yet another Jade thread. --gotta love Tribe and his awesome siggies! .   Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top
