PLEASE NOTE: The Reality TV World Message Boards are filled with desperate
attention-seekers pretending to be one big happy PG/PG13-rated family. Don't
be fooled. Trying to get everyone to agree with you is like herding cats,
but intolerance for other viewpoints is NOT welcome and respect for other
posters IS required at all times. Jump in and play, and you'll soon find out
how easy it is to fit in, but save your drama for your mama. All members are

Ebert once said, "If you disagree with something I write, tell me so, argue
with me, correct me--but don't tell me to shut up. That's not the American way."

Did anybody else notice how cabs were everywhere in The Middle of Nowhere, Africa?I don't know if any local that was shown even had a car, and *surprise, surprise* if there were always eight cabs right where the clue boxes seemed to be. Reminds me of TARFE, which had the players going to places where there didn't appear to be any locals anywhere. I don't think the plane in TAR7 was held for Uchenner & Joyce, but I also don't think all eight teams found cell phones and arranged for cabs in advance of getting all of their clues.

Plus in poorer places people can not afford the costs of owning a car full time. Cabs and buses are the main means of transportation, so there is a far higher percentage of them per capita than in place where a large percentage of the population can afford to buy a vehicle of their own.

One thing that bothered me about the dancing task was that all they needed was a ten minute penalty, then they were on their way. Shoulda been ten minutes, and then they need to dance again. Still don't please the judges? Wait another ten minutes and try again! Repeat as long as it takes to get past the judges. They weren't too tough, anyway, so I'd bet that most teams would have passed after their second try. But it would have been more of a penalty.
