Why did we have the travelocity gnomes this episode that teams had to carry all the way to the pit stop? In past years, the lucky gnomes held a prize. This year, Danny and Ozzie got a prize for finishing the leg first, not for having the lucky gnome, but Phil's annnoucement of the prize seemed to be dubbed.

I noticed this too, and I have a few theories:1. Maybe nobody brought back a "winning" gnome, so it went unmentioned. 2. They will need to do something stupid with their gnomes next episode. 3. Travelocity paid enough money, and said, "get the gnomes in the episode, we don't care how you do it." 4. Maybe the gnomes were there to reinforce how short Charla really is.
