She reminded me of a lonely (and rather confused) sailor on shore leave wolfing down grits and Spam before his ship leaves port to a destination he couldn't find on a map. So Tyler hooks up with someone he just met, eh? Hmmmm...... I still think Svetlana is very attractive. Nice eyes, pretty, interesting shape. She's just so frighteningly illogical. Just think how much of an adventure some guy will undergo when he marries her. "RE: The Real World Key West Episode 11 Discussion: 05/09/06" I hope Svetty's boyfriend gets a good piece of a$$ from her. After all he needs to be compensated something for putting up with her! The poor guy's dad is extremely ill and what does Svetty do? She accuses him of being gay! That is about the most insensitive time to bring up his sexuality and based on what? The fact that Ty slept with a guy who didn't fit the "gay profile" and the fact that her boyfriend happened to spend the night over another guy's house? We all must be secretly gay as I'm sure we have spent the night at a friend's house who happened to be of the same sex. Other than Svetty's lack of consideration and freak outs over two gay men tonight's episode was rather tame. Next week however looks to be anything but tame. Seems as though Paula Walnuts comes out to play with John after a night of boozing. When are people in the house going to stop babying this girl. Who wants to bet that John gets labeled the big a-hole for dishing it back to Paula after she insults his manhood? She looked facinated by all the action in the pool. I thought it was kind of funny. Was it John (?) that kept laughing the whole time they were spying on Tyler? He seemed to be genuinely "blown away" (pardon the pun) by the festivities in the pool. I got a kick out of his reaction. He really seemed to be getting a charge out of watching Tyler being a complete Ho in the pool with someone he just met. I just hope Jose and Janelle hook up with someone (or something) this season. Crazy Svetlana. She is hot and I'll admit that sometimes she totally cracks me up....but damn...get a grip on reality. I find it funny that Tyler said he never really has one-night stands and rarely brings random people home...BUT....in the confessional he was talking about back home and his 'beef-o-meter'....for the guys he hooks up with. "RE: The Real World Key West Episode 11 Discussion: 05/09/06" Ya know...this may be a little off subject, but I swear, every time Svet talks on the phone to her boyfriend, it never seems like it's a pleasant conversation. Sure, Svet drives us all crazy, but you'd think her own boyfriend would be nice to her...despite her irrationality. He comes across as a total jerk with a bad attitude. And the even weirder thing is that the last time we saw Paula talking to her boyfriend (when she broke the phone), he seemed so sweet. He reassured her that she is fixable and that she just needs to work on a few things. He also didn't seem annoyed that she was drunk and babbling. If he has smacked her around in the past, hell...maybe she deserved it. If she got all Walnuts around him, maybe he just snapped and smacked her. ?? My dad (who's normally very calm and mild mannered) used to date this raging alcoholic and he smacked her once - not hard, but enough to shut her up. Don't tell me that no woman deserves that because I was there and saw it with my own eyes and SHE DESERVED IT. Maybe Paula deserved it too? My dad broke up with that psycho alcoholic. Thank God.
