They started talking over each other, and Danny started talking that Bostonian psycho-babble, so I didn't catch most of that conversation, but I think it was to do with Danny changing. I think the roomies view Danny as thinking he's some kind of
Abercrombie-Fbit©h high snottin movie star. They were talking about not returning friendly phone calls and emails, so my guess is that is what that was all about. Hmmmm...

Ok, first of all.....OF COURSE DANNY AND MELINDA HAVE CHANGED!!! They are madly in love, they just got engaged, Melinda has moved to Boston, they are living together in a real adult relationship...their entire lives have changed...compared to who they were when they first arrived in the house?!?! If I were in their situation, I doubt I'd be rushing to the phone to call any of those fools either. What is Danny doing that makes him have this ultra ego like Nehemiah says? Because he allowed MTV to film his engagement...hell...if they paid for it, why not??? Nehemiah is a damn fool. I wish I could kick him really hard. HE'S the one with the ego. When he opens his mouth you just know something unpleasant is going to come out. He purposely tries to get under everybody's skin.....kinda how he even brought up Lacy's sexless relationship...as if to push her buttons. (which I still think is kinda strange - but whatever) Lacy, Lacy, Lacy.....what can I even say about you? In your defense, I probably would've been talking trash about your roommates too. WOW..and WES and JO are together? Didn't see that one coming. Hope things work out for you guys....good luck with that. 
Oh..and rabbit? I shed a tear too...It was sweet. Maybe I'm the minority here, but I really like Danny and Melinda (I have from the start)...I hope things work out for them.

I have to give my 2 cents on that strange reunion show.Wes was acting very weird on the show. Had he been drinking? Silly me. Of course he was. But he was quiet and we know he's a loud drunk. I'm still confused about the Wes/Wren issue. Did they have sex and Wren tried to deny it or did Wes make it up and get caught in a lie? I know it doesn't matter, but I'm nosey. Lacey is still in denial about her backstabbing, trash talking ways. Rachel seems to have gotten over the argument with Wes/Neh, but I'm not so sure about them. Especially Wes. I think the only time he even looked at her was when he asked her how much she liked him. He seemed to still be holding a grudge. Wes and Jo being together is creepy, but maybe they are a perfect match. Can you just see the two of them getting trashed and fighting every night? I can't see that relationship lasting for long. I guess I'm a sucker, but I do hope Mel and Danny last. The relationship does seem fast to me, but quick relationships often last. My sister got married when she was barely 18 and had known her husband 7 months and they've been together a zillion years now. Surprisingly Wes was the voice of reason last night. He was right in telling Nehemiah that he should have brought up his complaints about Danny off the show. I wonder if being on the show has gone to Danny's head. I was thinking him and Mel are probably consumed with each other right now and the others feel left out. That often happens. Did we ever find out Danny's real reason for staying at the hotel will Mel on their vacation? Everyone else assumed it was because Danny didn't want Mel around other guys. But Danny said he didn't want to just bar hop like he does every other night, which makes a lot of sense. But you never know. Rachel and Lacy both seemed to agree with Nehemiah about Mel and Danny not talking to the rest of them. Lacy said she talks to everyone but those two. But that I can understand that. I wouldn't talk to her either. What does concern me is Rachel saying something about Danny not wanting Mel to go shopping with the girls. I hope Danny gets some self-confidence and isn't so controlling with Mel. If not, I feel sorry for her. That could result in a very bad relationship for reasons I won't go into. But I still have hopes for them. So Rachel pees the bed sometimes when she gets drunk. I have a feeling she's not the only one in that group that does. Did they always have a "what should have been aired" show like they are having next week? I don't remember that.

Last night's show was filled with more yelling and chaos that one must have special talents in understanding what they were all getting at. I would first like to say that in Lacey's defense she indicated that everything she was caught saying about her roommates they knew she was saying because she let them know and Johanna and Nehemiah (someone who doesn't really seem to care for her) stood up in her defense. Heck we all saw what these people were like and it isn't like Lacey said something we weren't all thinking and saying if she kept it all in she would be on a therepist couch right now instead of the reunion. Wes and Johanna both seemed to just want to stay out of it for the most part with Wes telling Nehemiah to chill and Johanna defending Lacey other than that they both seemed to be a little bit of wall flowers last night and well I agree about Wes he did look moronic. Rachel she was boring. Nehemiah came off like he had ego problems as well, which he does, but I think he had a legitimate arguement about Danny and Melinda changing. Melinda and Danny I could see that Danny had changed it seemed like he was acting as though everyone was there to see him and Melinda still seems to be the pathetic little wife wanna be that agrees with everything her dumbass of a husbend is. I can see why they don't want to really hang out or talk to their roommates but it's not like they are any more mature than the rest, besides if they aren't good enough to hang around with now why hang out on the show? Over all I am glad this season is over and to be honest I don't know why I put myself through such torture. I just hope that next season's show will have more excitement and I'm not talking from the hurricane that they were showing.

Nehemiah may not have changed since the taping started but he has one of the biggest chips on his shoulders than anyone in the house. From the beginning Nehemiah has tried to get under people's skin and argue with them. He said he picked on Rachel because he knew the right buttons to push. In the episode that he got arrested they asked him what happened and he said he felt surrounded and came out swinging. What idiot that feels surrounded comes out swinging? That is a losing situation no matter how you count the cards. Him saying that was the reasons for the attack leads me to think that he thinks alot of himself. As someone mentioned up above, Danny and Mel's lives have changed 180 degrees since the show started. They are now living together and trying to make a life of their own. I am sure they are all wrapped up in each other. Haven't we all been young and in love before? Can you remember what that felt like? I think Nehemiah feels left out and he is responding in the only way he can to get attention. Wes and Jo are dating, Lacy still has her boyfriend, Rachel is still dating her boyfriend (I think) and Mel/Danny are now engaged. He is the odd man out when it comes to relationships. If I were Danny and Mel I don't know if there would be any of them I would want to keep in contact with. Mel seemed to get along with the girls fairly well but Danny didn't seem to bond with the guys like the girls did. If I were Danny, there is no way I would include Nehemiah in my groups of friends just by the way he acted at the reunion. I think Jo is leading Wes down the path to stay away from Rachel. I don't know why but when Wes said that his current girlfriend didn't like for him to talk to Wren and then the way things panned out with he and Rachel...I think Jo has a little to say about it.

Okay, I'll admit I've been a lurker for quite some time but I thought I would post my two cents.
It's obvious that Wes was still upset that he made a special point to talk about Wren w/out his mic on, and I know they watched the rest of the shows before the reunion, so why didn't anyone point out that he said it himself in the conf. I would have much rather heard him justify that than learning that Wren works at Hooters.
I do agree Lacey had valid points in that she was up front about her feelings and Jo and Neh agreed. Funny as a viewer, not so funny if your Rachel or Danny, whom she cut down on a whole different level. Saying that Danny hasn't had a real job or making fun of the way he talks (when she was talking to Rachel about calling the bands) she was outright making fun of him...not to mention all the cruel things she said about Rachel. So, yes, if I was those two I would feel hurt. It's one thing to comment on someone, but another to make fun of or mimic them.
The whole Danny/Melinda saga w/ the others - Honestly, I just don't see from the hour that they showed us how Danny has an ego or thinks he's better? The whole show he seemed tense, emotional and upset. He didn't seem like he was better than everyone. I'm sure they told the others about the engagement before hand and I can see them not being so happy about it because it was "fake." Whereas others in the house had their moments during the show, I think the aftermath is far worse for him. I think it honestly hurt his feelings what others say about him. Yes, we can all say that's what he signed up for, but it's another thing to hear it. I think he felt like he left there being everyone's friend (clearly the rest of them didn't) and it's like a slap in the face to him. For people like Neh, Wes and Lacey, they don't let it get to them as much, but I think Danny is a really sensative person w/ a good heart and he seemed rather hurt by the whole thing. You know after that was over with he was ranting about it. I think he does take everything to heart whereas others don't. As far as changing goes, they left that house on a bad note and just spent 4 months non-stop with these people. Maybe he's getting back into the real world. I think that by far him and Melinda are doing more appearances and getting paid pretty well for them so there like 5 times as busy, always traveling, starting their relationship in the actual real world - that's got to irritate the others some. She moved far away to be with him and them getting a house together - that's all a LOT of new things. That's not even including the biggest issue of them all - he is probably REALLY dealing w/ the issue of his mother's death. Thinking about it in Texas and being in that environment with his family and missing the everyday little things is completely different. I think he is obviously having a hard time w/ it, as would anyone, but he seems very guilty still. I think that's a lot to deal with. Maybe he feels that sticking close to his family and friends back home is better for him right now. If that's not the case then Neh should've given specific examples? I've heard from tons of sites, interviews and strangers running into them that Mel and Danny are VERY nice and talk to the fans and pose for pictures - even when they were eating or at a mall. So, the fact that the cast has issues with him changing but no one else seems to think he's a jerk is very suspicious. The look on Danny and Mel's faces when Rachel said they never returned her messages showed that they had no idea what she was talking about. So, if that's the case it's not something that their doing because they think their better. If that's all Rachel is basing her opinion on then that sucks. She has numerous times since the beginning made comments on her myspace about how they are horrible people, fake, blah... Those are harsh words for the only people that stood up for you and didn't talk bad about you in the house.
Unfortunately, because Danny looked like the poster child for a new support group "Mystic Tanaholics Anonymous" his response to the criticism was a moot point for some.
On Overdrive they have the sh*t they didn't show and it's pretty funny but I am bothered by the fact that I can't figure out what changed about Danny's face other than the teeth and the tan. It's obvious they did their confessionals @ same time as reunion because he looks worse when it's up close. There is something that is different about his face and I can't figure out what it is. Not sure if it is just the tan/teeth, but I thought he was much cuter, without trying, on the show. Maybe he just lost/gained weight or something like that (like we all do) but I just felt like he didn't look anything like on the show.
Okay - I'm off my rant. Sorry for the novel.

Let me add my five cents...Okay to start Danny is a weirdo creep who after his mom died decides to go back to a reality show. He should have stayed home with his family. They needed him more than the show did. Mel is a phony, skanky byotch and They make the perfect couple for now...
As for Nehemiah, he is just misunderstood in a house full of white people. When he blacked out on Danny on the show and Wes jumping in was way more out of line than whatever Nehemiah had to say.
Rachel is a nasty byotch. Lacey is weird too. Wes and Johanna is fake as fake is. That's all my opinion and I am sticking too it!

Yeah, I had a boyfriend with insecurity problems a lot like Danny, guess what he ended up smacking me around. I don't think Mel handles him maturely I think she is subservient to him. I'm sure she's a nice girl but it seems like she will have a rocky road ahead of her with Danny in the picture....that is unless he is no longer anything like he was on the show, which for her sake I hope she is not.

AquaGirl im going to answer your question on why Danny looked different on the reunion show.When Danny came back home he was out of shape from all the stuff they did in Austin.Mel and Danny joined a fitness club to get back in shape.Danny said they did a bad makeup job on him at the reunion show, he laughed said when he saw himself on tv he looked like an orange.i can tell you without the makeup he looks good.To get back to your question he bulked up if you look at the eppisodes Danny was a lot smaller in the chest and shoulders, if you look at the s--t they should have shown Danny is bigger in the chest and shoulders slimmer waist just look cuter as you put it.Mel lost that party flab she looks great shes a 10.about his teeth you forget Mel was going to hygenest school befor she went on the show, she knows how to get their teeth white.If you look close when Mel and Danny whem they were in the carrage Danny didn't have any makeup on he looked normal. thats all i got later cman

Hi all - Thanks for the welcome. I don't think Neh is misunderstood at all. I did like him in the beginning but could tell that he was manipulative when he wanted to push people's buttons and start a fight. I disliked him more as the shows aired. And then he would act all innocent and say he was acting like a "man" (I started noticing he said that constantly). He is a completely different person when he wants to argue or is looking to push buttons. I think he has been arrogant since the start of the show and it's only gotten worse.
Did you notice some of the other one liners he threw out. That one about Lacey having sex. I'm no Lacey fan, but that is none of his business and certainly not the place to make a remark like that. Also, they were joking about rachel and Wes' "game" and Neh said everyone has more game than Wes. While I realize that they joke around like that, I think he was purposely pissing people off. I did agree w/ Wes that if Neh was really bothered and upset that a good friend of his (Danny) had changed then he would've discussed it with him beforehand. Was is really necessary to remind Danny that all the other roommates didn't like him either? I just didn't see the arrogance in Danny at all. He actually looked like he wanted to cry the entire night. I'm sure he has changed, as most of them do - it doesn't have to be a bad thing. In one of the interviews they did in the paper Mel and Danny said they had both changed a lot and wouldn't want to go through watching themselves fight, drink and party again. While I think people like Neh, Wes, and Lacey don't get personally offended when people judge them, I think Danny (and Rachel) is really sensitive and isn't use to people fighting, cutting each other down, and not liking him. Although Mel was portrayed not in the best light the first few shows, it's Danny's turn now. With the jealousy over the band, to the prince William thing, I imagine he's feeling completely vulnerable to people's opinions and their two cents in his relationship w/ Mel. Not to mention people's comments about his mother. He already feels guilty as it is. You can tell Danny & Mel aren't use to the drama that happened the night before they left and probably realized once it was just the two of them, that the stresses of the house and living w/ others was a burden on their relationship - as it would be to anyone. The others are clearly not happy for them so why would they want to hang out w/ them?
The first part of the reunion was about the big fight that, not by his choice, he was right in the middle of, but did you notice he didn't not say one word when they were all talking about it? To me, he seemed very guarded and probably wouldn't have talked as much as he did had him and Neh not fought. Neh knew calling him Ben Affleck would make Danny look stupid and that's what he was trying to do. If he was really his friend, he had every right to discuss his feelings w/ Danny but instead he was just looking to kick the kid down a few notches.

If Mel moved to New England to be with the illustrious Danny, where was she when those pictures of her surfaced a few months ago on the Web? I mean, where did all those pictures of her pulling her clothes off while she was ridiculously drunk in a bar come from when she was allegedly off in New England? Next Tuesday's show - the stuff they shoulda shown - should be interesting. It appears we get to see Mel running around with no clothes on. Hmmmm.......

Hey All, I'm new here...I am Danny's cousin and I think he's really gotten a bad rap since the show ended.I am really his 3rd cousin...my mom is first cousin's with Dan's dad. We are from a very large, very close family. I am about 10-11 years older than Dan and I haven't seen him a whole lot in the past 10 years...just once a year at the family Christmas party really...but he is a great kid and he really is getting a BAD rap since the end of the show. First of all...I don't think that he's changed in a bad way at all. I think he has matured a bit, I think that he looks at his life a bit differently now...he's in love, he's engaged, he's got an agent because there are so many modeling agencies and movie producers calling him...he's STRESSED from all the CRAP that people are saying about him...give the poor kid a break. He had to watch himself get his face broken, go thru the death of his mom all over again, watch himself get wasted drunk on public television...and all of it with his grandparents that he lived with until this past summer!!!! I mean really...come on! Who wouldn't change after going through all those things in less than a year? (and just to let you all know...the show is so damn fake...there is so much editing done that Dan said that NOTHING the viewers saw was actually like it was. For example...remember the show when Dan and Rachel were walking thru the park talking about the war??? it was like the 3rd episode I think...that happened the LAST DAY of the show...the day before they left Austin. Just an FYI) Danny has a heart of gold...he's gone thru some really tough times in his life...he's got a huge family and lots of love and support from everyone and the kid would absolutely give anyone the shirt off of his back. If you ask me, he was the only 'real' person on the show. **and you know what cracks me up?? every time I hear people say he thinks he's an A & F model....HE IS AN A & F model!!! and he was doing that for about a year BEFORE he even auditioned for the show...

WELCOME DC! I wish you had found this site during the season so we could have gotten your take on each episode. There is no doubt in my mind that all the kids on the show have changed since it was filmed. As you have mentioned he went through more than one life changing event while doing the show. There was nothing on TV last night and I happened to re-watch the reunion show and it still has me puzzled as to where all the bitterness came from with Nehemiah. Also, I think Danny and Mel did a great job handling the nutjob Lacey as she is one conniving little bitch. I don't know if everyone here is aware of the editing but I am and do not find it surprising that the shows are "out of order" from the way it really happened. I know there were some people posting here that had a hard time believing that Danny returned to the house so quickly after his mother's death. I have heard that he had about a month before returning to Austin (but it was like only two shows in TV time)...is that accurate? Again, WELCOME and I hope you stick around!

Welcome Danny's Cousin:
I'm fairly new to posting as well. Your post makes sense and puts things in perspective. It actually goes along with my comments I made earlier after the reunion was aired and people were giving him and Mel a hard time. It seems he is really sensitive and is hurt by some of the comments people make, especially those about his mother or his relationship with Mel. I didn't get how he seemed fake on the reunion, but I would have to agree that it's not realistic for someone not to change after an experience like that. He's probably realized that partying, going out every night, et cetera, isn't as important as his family, friends, and Melinda. From what little was shown, he seems to come from a very down-to-earth family with very supporting friends, so I'm sure they would be the first to knock him down a couple of notches if he ever thought he was "Ben Affleck." Just because they don't want to spend a ton of time w/ Rachel and Neh doesn't mean they think they're better than them.
Does Danny read all of the comments and/or boards? If not, do people just come up and make comments to his face? I was just curious how he knows what people are saying. From what I read, they mostly give him a hard time about being abusive or controlling over Mel, which I think is unfair. He might have his insecurities, like anyone does, but he seems to want to do the right thing and really cares about her. I'm sure he's learned a lot about himself and his relationship since watching the show. I give them credit for really putting an effort and time into their relationship in Austin, instead of just forgetting about it and going out and hooking up with other people. They obviously care a lot about one another.
In one other site, some immature people keep commenting that they've broken up this past week. That isn't true is it? I doubt it, I hope it's just people being stupid and jealous. I really do like them as a couple, and this is coming from someone who doesn't invest much time or thought into reality TV.
As much as I really like both of them, for their sake, I hope they don't get another reality show or continue on in the showbiz lifestyle. That seems to be the beginning of the end for most couples. They seem so down to earth and normal that I don't think they are cut out for the mean and cruel business that is hollywood.
Tell them that not everyone is against them.

I totally understand...if I didn't have a cousin that was on the show I'd be right there doing the bashing!!! I have never been a big fan of 'reality' tv. Having Danny on the show has just shown me how FAKE reality tv actually is...it's SO NOT REAL!!! Nothing that they showed on the show was how it actually was. First of all...on the show Dan's face was broken on the first or second show??? He had actually been in Austin for a month, maybe more when that happened. Also, Danny was in Austin for almost 2 months when his mom died. He left for Austin right after Christmas and his mom died on Valentine's day...he was home for over a month before he decided to go back to Austin and they made it look like it was only a week...it's crazy what the editing can do...also, like I said before...the talk in the park with Rachel about the war...it was actually the night before they left Austin!!! Also, did you all notice that on the first show they focused SO much on Danny? they showed his house, his grandparents and sisters, his dad driving him to the airport, etc. all of the other cast members were lucky to get a 15 second intro...weird?? they already knew when they did the editing that he had his face bashed, surgery, mom died, etc. They knew that they'd keep the audience wanting more if they focused on the poor cute guy with all the problems. Dan has totally opened his eyes to what is important in life since the show. I haven't heard any stories about people going up to his face and being rude or anything...but I know that he gets a lot of attention from the girls...(but he got that before the show too). I don't know what his plans are for doing more shows...but I know he and mel have been traveling I think with wes and jo to do some kind of challenge show...like a road rules vs real world type of deal. Last I heard they were going to Australia I think it was??? And NO, Dan and Mel did not break up and he is SO not controlling. He is the sweetest guy and she's lucky to have him. And I don't only say that because he's related to me... thanks for the welcome...sorry to babble!!

I have a couple of issues with Dannyscousin statements, I find it hard to believe that Danny; " left for Austin right after Christmas and his mom died on Valentine's day...he was home for over a month before he decided to go back to Austin and they made it look like it was only a week..." Like right after Christmas but before New Year? That does not seem like something BMP would do. I always had the impression that they arrived in Austin towards the end of Jan. and that would make sense if I recall correctly that Melinda mentioned in confessional about knowing Danny for 3 weeks when he went back home for his Mothers funeral. If Danny left Austin for home on the 15th of Feb and stayed home for over a month, he would have missed SXSW, which ran from 16 20 Mar.

I don't think it would make much of a difference if it were the week between Christmas and New Years or the week after New Years. Keep in mind that Danny's face got bashed, had surgery and healed of his injury BEFORE his mother died on Valentines day. I don't think all that could have happened in just 2 weeks...do you?

I agree with everyone - it's nice to get a perspective from someone who REALLY knows the person. On the reunion, I didn't see how he thought he was better than anyone or had an ego. I imagine that he and Melinda have a lot to deal with since she's moved to a new state for him, they bought a house, dealing w/ their relationship in the real world....not to mention really dealing w/ his mother's death.
I wonder if the roommates knew about the proposal prior to the show? They didn't seem overly happy for them, just bitter. I think that's why Neh purposely made Danny feel bad and look stupid by saying the others didn't like him. I've seen people comment that he only proposed for "camara time" or as a publicity stunt but I would never believe that their relationship is anything but real. I'm happy for them and hope they are doing good and getting into "normal" life again. They seem to compliment each other well and Mel has definitly proven that she supports and cares for Danny unconditionally - which is something I'm sure he needs now more than ever. I'm sure his family is happy that he has her, especially with every thing he's gone through this past year. I assume his proposal wasn't a surprise to his family and everyone is supportive of them. Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts!!

A couple things to add re: Danny's cousin's comments:
Ditto re: making fun/commenting about the cast. But along with that, I'm sure none of us would claim to really know any of the kids, but it's fun to joke around about the episodes. It's one thing to judge on going out, partying and getting drunk, but another on issues such as your Mom dying & a relationship w/ someone that's his future wife. MTV probably thought they found a gem in him w/ all the drama that happened to him.
There are sites that purposely make up rumors or are brutal & hateful. Hopefully you'll feel welcome here. I didn't know about sites like these until I came across some while trying to find a song. I first went to MTV boards (Danny posted the artist were friends of his). But, that board = yikes!!!! I'm not sure if anyone over the age of 16 post on that board...ugh!
I did see Danny posted a couple of times earlier in the season using his MTV screen name they assign them. I think he was the only one to do so & said a lot about him when he didn't have to (I wouldn't go on that board if I was him).
One of his post was after the first few episodes aired & he was defending Mel from comments people were making based on her portrayal in the first few shows. He explained that they weren't showing her in a very good light, & there was a lot more her to her than what MTV was focusing on. He did say the show was edited so that it looks like they hook up before she broke up with her boyfriend, which he said was not true.
I like this site becuz it's funny & light, w/o being cruel. I think it's great you have posted. I also found many other sites that are VERY mean!!! I just read one site where a couple of people are saying, as recently as the last few days, horrible things about Mel & Danny that are cruel and just made up, such as: Mel was mad he didn't pay for the ring & wants one that MTV didn't buy; they're having problems; they broke up; she cheated on him, etc...the list could go on). It's unfortunate that people do that. Those are not even worth responding to, but I'm sure it's hard when you personally know the people they are talking about. I hope he is able to get through some of the issues he's dealing with and is stressed over. It sounds like he has a great supporting family and Mel that will be there for him no matter what.
That's just my 2 cents. I just had to vent after reading that other board....yuck! This site = much better..

Hmmm...Well, I made the mistake of checking a certain site where the not so nice rumors and comments are made about the two. However, it now says that "friends of both have confirmed" that they have broken-up.
I know Danny's cousin said earlier they did NOT break-up. Is that still true? I'm really not one to believe in rumors or things posted on the internet, but I wanted to check with his cousin for verification if they can.
(Although I'm not into "reality couples" because it usually last about 5 minutes, they're obviously much more than that. I really am hoping that they are still engaged and are happy. They seem like a very good match and they're quite cute together.)

It's not like we could ever believe everything that's written on the internet, but since I heard they were on MTV just last week and looked very happy, I would be surprised if they broke up. Plus, they just got engaged and didn't they buy a house together? That would have to be a pretty big reason to break up after all that. Those rumors are personal, hideous and unethical (not really the word I was wanting to use but as someone who works in law, that would be an accurate description).

well, I did ask around my family and if that news is true, then it's news to all of us!! nobody has heard that they have broken up. I'm not saying that it is definitely not true since my mom hasn't talked to any of her cousins...but word travels quickly in a large family and we haven't heard anything as of yet. I will definitely keep you all posted...but I think they are doing just fine

I am new here as well(kind of) Always a reader never one to post messages. But I like this site because it isn't as negative as some of the others out there. It suprises me for some reason the things people say about others without actually knowing them. If i can DannysCousin ask you a question, you probably have an answer for me or maybe not because it may be discussed in your family. How does your family like Mel if you will? Like shes the wild girl who runs around and talks about sex alot( although i believe there are more sides to her and that the editors just wanted her to portray that type of person)I know Danny has said that he isnt used to dating girls like that and he comes from an old fashioned family on the reunioun. Are they ok with her do they like her? And also how does your family feel about them getting married when they i believe haven't even known each other a year yet? Do they think they are crazy and they should wait longer?
I understand if you don't answer my question because these questions could be considered something only your family should know before it starts another rumor out there. And we all know there are too many out there as it is. I should be back as well on these boards as well.

Welcome Bluesky. I was too a lurker and just started posting here. I can't answer your questions either so hopefully DC will fill us in. I do know from many interviews and reports from people meeting them, Mel is a lot more "conservative" in person and Danny & Mel said they've both changed a lot since the show I think that the first few shows make Melinda a little more "out there" than she would normally be & they were obviously even more wild the first few days they were there w/ the alcohol flowing and everyone excited to be there. Nonetheless, she's young and apparently not as crazy as people wanted her to be considering Danny was the ONLY person she ever wanted to be with - even though everything he went through and before he decided for sure he wanted a girlfriend. I can't speak for anyone else but I would think she has more than proven herself to love and care for Danny. Maybe she has calmed down a lot and is content w/ Danny. Even in the Overdrive he explained how she was his best friend and always there for him. Although I do agree with you that the first few shows I was kind of shocked watching her because as a female myself, I'm not fond of when other girls act like that to get attention, but could tell there was a lot more to her than that. I think she's just a very honest person and doesn't try to hide who she is. But, in you look at the season as a whole, she didn't act any more out there or crazy than any of the other roomates (well, other than Lacy of course). Jo, Wes, Neh, and Rachel were hooking up with others and Danny was deciding if he should be seeing other people, so to speak. She so could've met someone right away but she waited until he came around for sure. I have to give her credit for being patient and understanding Danny's situation. I think although others give him a hard time about his jealousy or insecurities, she seems to know how to talk to him and handles him really well. I totally agree with you that they obviously portrayed people they wanted to, but I would imagine she's not quite like that in person. And as DC said, you can't believe everything you say or hear on reality TV. I don't know this for a fact, but I believe that he is really close to his family, especially his Dad, and I would imagine that he wouldn't do something so big as to propose to someone if he didn't think his family approved. Again, that's just my assumption and not anything I know for a fact.

Thanks for the information. It's nice to know that some reality people can take it for what it's worth and are real. Besides them, the other Austin roommates weren't my favorites to say the least.
I did talk to someone who went to one of the colleges where Wes and Jo came to speak. Let's just say Wes came off as thinking a little too much about himself. He bashed Danny big time. Wes said different people edited the reunion than the show and the reunion showed "danny for who he really is, fake tan and all." He said that Danny is cocky, among other not so pleasent comments. Even after saying they were friends and that him and Jo are in their wedding???? They said the reunion didn't hide anything and that the show tried making him out to be this nice all-american kid and that's not how he is. Nice words from a friend...yikes. Him and Mel seem like such normal good kids who are really nice people, but everyone else that I've heard from the show have done nothing but insult him and that he causes drama to get camara time and that him and Mel are fake, etc. I just found it interesting to hear comments like that from the only person, besides Mel, that even liked him at the reunion. It seems that the Austin cast really has developed an ego from doing a reality show on MTV. I just hope him and Mel, and the others, go back to their normal life and school and develop actual careers and not try to be publicity whores like all the other ones. I don't think anyone on a reality show should think that they somehow are now talented and are famous or a celebrity. I look forward to seeing him and Mel on the new challenge they were on and hopefully they haven't changed!!

Here is an interview Rachel did recently. I can't believe she feels that strongly when it comes to Danny. That's pretty serious to say someone is verbally abusive. It seems all the other roommates get along except those two. I would hope her comments on their relationship are not true. That's really sad.Q: First off,what have you been up to since the reunion?
A: I've been traveling alot because of the show, speaking at colleges, doing some bar appearances, and basically saving up the money because I'm going to go to school full time starting in the fall!
Q: Are you still with Eric? Hows your dog Reese
A: I'm still with Erik and we're very happy. He just started work at Home Depot and goes to school full time. We live together in what I call our "winter cottage" in upstate NY and just enjoy time together. Reese is great too, he's up to a whopping 5 lbs and is fully grown. He's currently training to be a therapy dog so I can take him to the hospital to visit with patients.
Q: Do you get recognized alot while just walking down the streets?
A: Not so much anymore, it was crazy for awhile. At first it was kinda fun, but it's changed me. Some people can be so rude, but some so nice! Erik hates getting recognized and I have invested in some very cute hats!
Q: On the reunion,they showed alot of fights..what terms are you on with all 6 of your roomates? Who are you still close with/not close with?
A: That reunion show was brutal but oh so needed! That was the last time I've spoken to D&M, I still myspace Lacey and talk to Jo and Wes weekly. Nehemiah and I text each other and are on great terms, we really learned alot from each other.
Q: How do you feel about Danny and Melindas engagement?
A: Well... it's a senario that happens so much in America. The beautiful, outgoing girl falls into a controling, codependent and verbally abusive relationship with an insecure guy. He starts cutting her off from friends and her world and convinces her to marry him. I hope it doesn't happen because she deserves soooo much better!
Q: Do you watch the challenges and past and present seasons of Real World/Road Rules?
A: I won't watch key west, because I think it will bring back too many memories, I turn on the challenges every once in a while but I fast forward through the drama and just watch what they're doing to see if I can focus on certain things when I got to the gym.
Q: What was more emotionally draining..being on real world and seeing it on television..or being in the army?
A: Being on the RW hands down. The Army was much harder, but the thing is that everyone works together, you're a family in the Army. In the RW house they just put together 7 people who are soooo different that it's just hard, and no alone time!
Q: If you were able to change 1 thing about your show what would it be? Any regrets?
A: I just wish the show could show more. Maybe episodes that are one hour. They just missed so much, they barely scratched the surface. Also in certain situations they were too careful about protecting people and didn't show what really happened.
Q: If asked, would you ever do a challenge?
A: Hell ya! But only if it didn't interfere with work, I would love to show what Army girls are made out of and win enough money to buy a house. I just want to do one though, no way will I be some 30 yr old on the challenge, what a waste of life!
Q: Lastly,any advice for people comming onto the show now?
A: Yeah, actually I've talked to a couple key westers, I just say, get ready for a crazy year, and enjoy going out to the bars and malls now without crazy people yelling to you!

The Real World Austin show was out of order,here are the events like it happened.Danny and Mel met up the first day on the mountain.That night Her boyfriend called and told her He wrote her off, later that night he sent Her an e-mail and wanted Her back.The next day She called him and told Him her feeling have changed and they broke up.She told Danny that morning she was single,they started dating.They didn't become a couple until the second month.No she didn't cheat on her ex and no Danny didn't ask her out until after they were broke up,Danny a straight shooter He would not date some one if she had a boyfriend,thats how he is, Hes a romantic at heart thats why Mel loves him so much.Ihope that answers your question,want more info holla back lol cman.

Thanks for the info. It's nice to find that these people aren't complete jerks, but normal people (well, maybe not all of them). They're lucky to have family & friends that stick up for him. I think Danny & Mel get more comments/feedback-good or bad- becuz they were on camara more than the others & provides more to judge because people assume they know them. Given the real issues Danny faced & their relationship and deep feelings being aired as "entertainment" it showed real emotion & true feelings instead of only getting drunk, etc. Most of the RW lately don't provide viewers with much depth to these people but it did more w/ these two so people can relate to them more.
I'm sure the other 5 get jealous. It's inevitable when living w/ roommates that words are going to be exchanged, but calling someone abusive is really harsh and shouldn't just be thrown around becuz they don't like that person. From what you describe, they have a great relationship. They seemed happy at the reunion (well, before Rach & Neh comment about him not letting Mel go shopping w/ the girls). If they don't support them together, I wouldn't want to hang out with them either. I'm sure they're great people, but so much backlash from the others re Danny you began to wonder if it was editing, as Wes & Rachel claim. Nice friends! Neh surpised people w/ comments he made about Danny & no one even defended Danny when he said that no one up there liked him. Wes only said that wasn't the place to discuss it; he never disagreed w/ them. Then Wes tells people that it showed him for who Danny really is - cocky & egotistical, it makes people wonder. I know Rachel & Lacey made comments that Danny/Mel are the two fakest reality people, a bipolar couple, codependent, think their better than everyone, camara whores, & the truth about them is showed at the reunion, etc. (I'm not into myspace, but people posted the comments on other sites).
I think people could relate & saw him on a different level & don't want them to turn into most reality people & think they're a "celebrity", make their own web page or cheesey stuff like that. That would suck if they change because of that. Ex: a person on the challenge w/ them said they didn't want to tell others of their engagement before they sent out a "press release" like they were famous or something (that would make me change my opinion somewhat about them).
I'm not up on the whole making appearances thing or getting booked or invited to ama. Do they have "agents" or someone like that encourages them to go do these things (That's pretty brave if she went their all by herself. From what you said, it sounds like she has already made friends of her own - maybe from work or going out or something like that- which is always good). I thought only the professional reality whores (as people refer to them) trying to become famous went to those. I would hate to see nice normal people as you say get caught up in trying to be a star or be "famous." That's why people make fun of a lot of these people because they appear on a reality TV show & all of a sudden they think they have some talent in the entertainment field as opposed to going back to a real job in the real world or back to school (maybe that's what Rachel meant when she said they think their all famous now). Hopefully Danny and Mel don't follow down that path and/or lose sight of their relationship because they change, trying to become famous, or are always away from each other traveling - obviously most marriages don't last in that environment. Hopefully, they'll make their relationship their number one priority over anything else. It would be nice to see some kids actually go back to school & live normal lives as opposed to appearing in the next 10 challenges or every reality show as their career. Hopefully they'll prove people wrong, and actually have successful marriage and meaningful professions or careers. Good Luck to them.

He lost faith with relationships.He just wanted to party meet new women and date have a good time,Danny is a shy person always has been.When he meet Mel there was an instant attraction on both sides.Mel had a boyfriend so Danny Didn't act on his feelings.Contrary to what people saw on TV, Mel got a phone call from her boyfriend the first night she was there He told Her that He was writing Her off.Mel said thats all the goodby she needed, I guess from what Mel told me Hes a real jerk,broke up with Her twice to have sex with other girls.Mel was now free to pursue Danny.At first they played around like all couples do when they like each other and are trying to get to know one an other.Mel fell in love with Danny from the start,Danny who just got out of a bad relationship wanted to take it slow,I think you all saw that on the show, Danny had trust issues with women, He wanted to make sure this was the real thing, cant blame him for that.Women take advantage of Danny because Hes so easy going and He trust people,takes there word for it,Hes an honest straight up guy so He thinks everyone is.We on the other hand know life insn't like that but Danny wears his heart on his sleeve, He believes in people, it was hard for him.Danny and Mel didn't become boyfriend girlfriend until the second month they were in Austin.Danny is old fashion thats why when Mel partied with Halifax Danny was upset,He didn't like his girlfriend flirting with guys, didn't like when a member of the band hit on her, didn,t like when they had thier arms around Her.He thought Mel was doing it to make him jelous and it hurt Him to think He just asked Her to be his girlfried that same day and she was acting acting like He didn't matter.When they got home Danny told Mel not to even say how much She likes him,Mel said she wasn't going to say a word,Danny told Mel its was all lies anyway.The problem they were having like all new couples was they didn't know there boundaries thier limits, they didn't know how to tip toe around these situations,Danny told Mel straight out He didn't want a girlfriend who flirted with other guys who dance on bars or hang on band members, He told Her He didn't want to be with anyone fake and that if that Her He didn't wan to be with Her.Thats how He is honest and straight to the point.Mel realized She didn't take in Danny perspective and that it hurt Danny watching Her act that way, She told Danny that She would never do that to him again, and to this day shes kept her word.Im going to address the cast, first let me say that Danny and Mel did stay in touch with thier cast mates until the show started airing,they left the house on good terms with everyone.You have to understand no one knew how the producer was going to portray the cast.Lacey was the back stabber one,Johanna was the drunk,Wes was the frat boy who was chased the girls for the booty,He didn't have much luck,Neo was the angry man who thought it was fun to get Rachel worked up, He did it for fun,you notice all thru the show He had made bad comments on all the cast specifically Danny.Rachel was the wacko nurse that had issues with everyone, how she treated Eric on his trip there was horrible, She isn,t a people person.Mel was the slut, because She said She was a nymph,Mel is well educated, if you look up the word nynph it means playful impish free spirit not slut, but thats how MTV played it.Mel said besides Danny says Shes only been with three men in Her entire life I dont see slut there.Danny they made the all american boy, which the other cast members resent, with the exception of Mel.The producer portrayed the events for rating not how it really was,He cut things out didn't give a true picture of what went on in the house,for example all the cast said they did not go out drinking every night maybe they went out once or twice aweek to party not every night like what was shown.Mel said sex was maybe 2% of the show not 75% like what was shown. whem the show aired the producer made Danny and Mel the stars,in fact he states thats what the fans wanted they gave thier feedback on overdrive.When Danny and Mel were not featured the fans didn't like it and said so, the rating went down for the show, its all about ratings so they gave the public what they wanted, this is I believe were the hard feeling for Danny and Mel came in to play, the cast are putting the blame on them instead of the producer.Danny said He was so upset with the way they were showing the episodes that he got in touch with the producer and told Him it wasn,t right, He was told tough and to bad,Danny told the producer to go f--k himself,I heard that with my own ears I know its true.Now here someting you dont know,when the cast gets thier copy of an episode they have extra footage on it.They show all the derogatory remarks the cast members made on Danny and Mel,my guess is to upset them so when the reunoin show came up there would be some fireworks,Iwould bet my house that all the cast member received the same crap on thier tapes,its like let keep them them at each other throat so we can have a good last show.Mel and Danny stayed in touch with the cast after they saw what they were saying about them,some of the things they said were brutal,they have never said this to thier faces only behind thier backs.They only stay in contact with Wes and Jo now because of the reunion show,I cant fault them for that.Finally let me say a bunch of us went to New York where Wes Jo Neo and rachel were doing a gig, one of our groop asked them what they really think of Danny and Mel.Neo said he regrets what he said on the reunion show,He now knows He was played.Rachel said there fakes Her position is the same.Jo said she loves Mel and Danny and they are good friends.Wes said there friends and that what was said on the reunion should have never happened,because the night befor they all went out and partied all had a goodtime and he thought everything and everyone was cool with each other,He also said He and Jo are going to be in the wedding.Danny and Mel couldn't say they were engagement because at the challenge, the reunoin show had not aired yet so they couldn't tell them they were engaged,Mel had her ring on the entire challenge, Wes and Jo knew because they were at the reunion show,they were under contract not to say anything.There was no press release, it was announced on the reunion show and that was it.I hope this clears up some things for you,Mel and Danny are good people I hate there getting all this crap when they dont deserve it. Mel told me that after the cameras stop rolling on the reunion show Lacey came to them and said how sorry she was that this happened, it was uncalled for and it upset her,can you believe it.Rachel and Neo walked away without a word. Wes and Jo were upset and told them Neo and Rachel were assholes.Danny and Mel dont want to be around negative people, they say Jo and Wes are the only ones they'll hang with until the others apologize for there conduct and mean it.So i guess the balls in thier court.see ya lol cman

Did you also get to visit Danny at the house, I was just wondering if you did how you felt about everyone when you met them. Also I read someplace else and im curious to know if its true, was Danny really not attracted to blondes before he met Melinda. I just would find it funny you go around dating brunettes and your marrying a blonde(although Melinda isn't the typical blonde airhead he might be referring to as to him not be attracted to) I also just want to say i enjoy reading what you say about Danny and Mel because they were my two favorite people in the house.

Danny was under contract he had to let them film him,he had no choice.I think they took advantage of him,they showed poor taste in filming his greef his pain.Dispite what mtv showed Danny loved his mother very much.He still cries at time when he see some little thing that reminds him of his mom.No i didn't go to Austin but i met all the cast members. my take of them is, Rachel is a nut case,when i told Danny that he defended her,go figure. lacey is a sneak always talking about someone.Neo i thought was kind of cool but he had this angry thing about him.Jo was sweet and funny. Wes was kind of cocky and i thought boring. Mel is a honey a beautiful person with a great laugh and smile she just makes you feel good and important.Of course i love Danny hes cool and a great guy he'll talk to anybody, and after two minutes you think he been a life long friend.Danny always dated brunettes thats what he liked.Mel changed all that. Contrary to what you read on some sites, there still together still live for one an other, still each others soul mates and they are so happy.All their trouble ended went they left Austin,what does that tell you.They are doing so many bookings its unreal,people just want to meet them and see if their real,they are so in demand i dont know how they do it,they truly love their fans.Danny and Mel are going back to school, so if you want to see them better catch them in the spring after that its over. later lol cman

I don't know them personally, but since they've been together since the beginning of the show, that would be over a year now I think. They lived together probably the majority of that time. I don't necessarily think you can put a time table on stuff like that. It's not like they got engaged immediately when they left the house.
I know people who date forever, marry, then divorce. I guess when you know you know. It seemed theirs was a mutual love at first sight, but in real life it takes more than that for a relationship to last. That's probably a lot of their issue in Austin - figuring that stuff out.
Just because he was with someone for that long doesn't mean he was ready for marriage or thought that was someone he wanted to marry (that's two long relationships for being so young. Does that mean he's had a girlfriend since he was 14 or something?).

I agree w/ you about marriages not lasting. It's like no one stays married these days, and some that are engaged never even make it to the alter. That's why I was curious about their future plans in the spotlight. I think that is the worst thing for a relationship. I think it would be hard for one person to want to get into the entertainment business, and the other wants a normal quiet life.
I was hoping they don't get into the "I'm becoming a celebrity" or try the Hollywood thing, but it sounds like they're going back to school. That's why I like them the most - they seem normal and know that while the money is good and a great way to save for school, they know it's not a job and aren't planning their future around becoming a reality star. Some of these people make their career out of being on reality shows and making appearances. I respect them more if they don't go that route.

Hi guys, yes i'll be in the wedding and yes i'll give you all the info except where their going on their honeymoon.I'll tell where they went when they come back.I know in this day and age that most marriages dont last, but once in a while two people meet, fall in love and live happy ever after.I know people say this about Mel and that about Danny and no one thinks they will last.I've been in love am in love now, but i've never seen anything like Danny and Mels love, its like they know what each other needs all the time, when one of them is down the other just is there for them,I've seen a lot of couple who were in love go bad, lets face it 90% of breakup happen over stupid thing ,that in the reality of live doesn'really matter and later the couples say man we were dumb.Mel loves Danny with apassion i've never seen befor im sure there others out there who love that way i just never met any.I know your going to say they do that for the camera, the touching, holding hands, kissing and thats true but they do it when there no cameras are around, they cant keep there hands off one another.A bunch of us went to a club to party we had a bet to see how long it would take Mel and Danny to kiss, the looser buy the drinks i had two mimutes and guess what i lost, like he kissed her in 10 seconds.Im telling you there not fake they just adore each other,its like i cant be near you without holding ,touching or kissing you, and it goes both ways.I dont know what magic touched them when they met,when cupid shot them with that arrow right between the eyes,GOD i wish i had a love like that.i know im getting all mushy but if you could see them in there daily routine like i do you know its for ever.I got to run my woman is screaming at me to get off the computer and make her happy, im going to give it my all.later cman

Dave The Dude whats up man. I see you dislike Danny because of what you saw on Real World Austin. You know if thats all i had to go by i might dislike him to. I got this from Melinda herself, she says , and im taking her word for it, that all thier fights lasted maybe 20 minutes. they showed them out of order and there was very little drama between Her and Danny. she says they had thier share of spats like all couples do when they start going out.Melinda said, she'd do stupid things all the time to test her limits.Danny is a straight up guy if you do something out of line he'll tell you. Since they left Austin and got away from thier cast mates they have no problems. Melinda said a lot of the times she cryied had nothing to do with Danny.they would show the arguement and her crying but if you look really good you'd see they had different clothes on.They show parts of different scenes to make a story line. I've known Danny all his life, he's not a jerk,he has a lot of respect for women.He has two sisters that he's real close to and he adores them. I have never seen him hit or be abusive to any girl.If he was an ##### i'd tell you.I dont like people that abuse women physically or mentally. I have a sister who went throught that and i hate it. If Danny was like that we would not be friends, hell i turn him in my self. He's so not controlling or mean or a bully or bipolar or codepending. Melinda comes and goes as she likes,has girlfriends and is close to Danny sisters. They have girls night out just like Danny and the guys have boys night out.He's getting a bad rap from Real World - thats not him at all.Dude do you have a girlfriend? If you do you know you have your little spats now and then,have your yell fests, thats normal in a relationship.If things were 100% ok everyday something wrong-everyone messes up - you me everybody. They just showed Melinda and Danny on tv and didn't show the whole series of events just bits and pieces. I see where your coming from, if Real World Austin was all i had to judge by. I hang with them a lot so i know what thier like, and they are nothing like portrayed on tv. I know i probably cant change you mind - if you read what others who met them say - the first thing is there not like i'd thought they be. There friendly and nice, they talk to everyone and Melinda is way more conservative in person then what they show on tv, and Danny is sweet, what can i say. You sound like a fair man just give it a little though.They have been together over a year, they are going to get married, best of all thier happy and in love. From my point of view they are going to make it a lifetime, i just dont see either one giving the other up, the most inportant thing they do is talk to eachother like for hours, theres give and take they do everything 50-50, they resolve any problems that come up. Keep an open mind if he was the way you think Melinda would have been gone a long time ago,you cant bully that girl, she speaks her mind, believe me if Danny lays a hand on her she'd be gone. Danny is a nice guy did you ever read anything from any one who knows him to say the opposit. Put yourself in Danny shoes,lets say you were in Real World Austin. You came home with a new girlfriend - you watch the episodes together and you say hey man thats not the way it went down. I don't care how much Danny is (or isn't) cute, or how much he hugs Mel in or out of public, or how much anyone thinks he is Mr. Wonderful. All I know is that on the show he repeatedly acted like a jerk. If he would openly treat Mel like a piece of crap while the cameras were rolling, I stand by my fear that there is tremendous potential for him to abuse her in private in the cruelest of fashions. Danny might well have used his cute little face and svelte little body to convince people of how nice and great he is, but the cameras captured his true personality on the RW show. No, I wouldn't trust him any further than I could throw him. I am sure that Mel loves him and would go to the ends of the earth for him, but I sincerely doubt he would return the favor if he didn't have to. He is, I fear, a monster (or at least an insensitive jerk) in sheep's clothing. Like the old criticism of French cooking: You can put an inventive sauce over an inferior piece of meat, but underneath it is still an inferior piece of meat. His face and toned body does not, at least in my opinion, erase the fact that down deep he is a not such a nice person.

Dude yout just a hater, but i'll keep my word and ask Mel and Danny to drop you a line. I hope in your lifetime you never run into a situation where no matter what you say people will dislike you because they saw a show that portrays you in a bad light. If you think Real World Austin was 100% true with no editing then your a fool, you need to grow up and look at the world as it really is.If the rest of you think the same way then this will be my last post. I dont want to be on a site where people have closeminds an will not be open to honest debate. Dude you think you know so much but in fact you know nothing, I bet you think Mickey Mouse is a real live person. Remember your the guy who thought Neo was a class act. In closing i'll say judge not unless you want to be judged yourself.

sometimes i let my mouth outrun my brain or in this case my fingers. i have nothing against the dude, he's entilted to his opinion. it bugs me that people can be 100% certain about danny or anything without the possibility even if its slim that he just might be wrong.i dont know about you but im not 100% sure of anything. i told the dude that i would ask mel and danny to drop him a line they said they would.having never met danny i cant see why the dude so negative. everyone to thier own poison.i think danny and mel will post in the next couple of days,they have a little break lets see what they say. i repeat all the real worlds have heavily editing thats a fact they have to get as much drama as they can to lure people in to keep them watching thats show biz. i'll take danny and mels word for it. lol dude. cman.

your right Danny doesn't do that. I guess what i meant to say was when they go out their dates they are affectionate whether cameras are there or not.like Mel will come up and hug Danny give him a kiss and visa versa i didn't mean they get hot and heavy in public.As far as Mel being spoiled forget it, she worked thru school just like the rest of us.Her fokes have money but they made her earn her spending money they just didn,t hand it out to her.she said they wanted her to learn the value of money and not take it for granted.Shes real close to her mom and dad.I can state she not spoiled or a brat.later cman

Dave The Dude hi its Melinda. Cman said u dislike Danny, u think im a dumb blonde. I wont try to change your mind. I will tell u Danny never mistreated me in Austin or now. Dannys the most wonderful sweetest most romantic man i've ever met. I love him so much. Its hard for me when people criticise him about The Real World Austin. I know it was editing smoke & mirrows. The above posting, allegedly from Mel and/or Danny, has got to be a fraud. After all, how can someone with a 4.0 GPA write something written that badly? It appears to have been composed by a 15 year old, not a mature adult about to be married. Nope, gotta be a fraud.

Have a little faith. No one said Mel typed our post I did, She dictated her message. I took shortcuts with & and u. It does look like a 15 year old wrote it, i felt like a 10 year old when I posted it. If you read my post on MTV_RW16_DANNY you'll know its the same mess I stink at it. MTV_RW16_DANNY is closed. I did not post on it after the way they handled my Moms death. When I see people posting as Danny I know its fake. When I post they say its fake, I cant win believe what you want. I cant prove im Danny I wont even try. If we come to your town, come over we'll discuss that post to your satifaction. You can go back and post (it was the real Danny) have a little faith Danny.

I cant tell you how sorry i am the fakers posted as danny and melinda. I'm naive, also i'm new to this i cant believe people can do this kind of thing.
