"Joe Millionaire in Star Magazine" |
According to STAR Magazine, Jan 28, 2003 issue, Joe has "bedded more women than Serta and Sealy Posturepedic combined." He also has a fierce temper, Attention Deficit Disorder, and was a hell-raiser in school. They quote some classmates at Hargrave military school on Joe's love of and romps with various girls. In the field of 'Dating Several Girlfriends at Once', he was the class valedictorian, according to Star. But the women always wound up getting hurt when he moved on. Following a Spring Break trip to England and France in 1992, he dropped out of school and did some modeling in Paris and NYC. He worked "briefly" as a $30 per hour bulldozer operator and trained briefly (again) as a wrestler. According to Star, "Hollywood sources say he is being considered to play the part of Superman in an upcoming Warner Brothers movie"! LMAO! Anyway, they concude with a comment--if he wasn't a millionaire before the show, he will be afterwards (based on his exposure on the show). Star is online at starmagazine.com, but this story is not up yet. I got this story the old fashioned way--bought my magazine at the supermarket checkout! Swami

Cool Swami,Well it seems our "Joe" has been around the block once or twice. Maybe (Sarah????) should have asked him if he was a cheater after all. LOL. I'm not surprise about his actions in Military School. Can you imagine a big, hunky guy like that in uniform not having his way with a bunch of girls. And leaving a lot of heartbreak when he moved on. Well he's up to his old tricks again it seems. I'm sure some/many of the ladies on the show will be a bit peeved with him after this is all over as well. And spring break in England and Paris? He obviously comes from a comforatable upbringing. But one wonders why he went to military school in the first place. Was there even more crazy behavior prior to High School???? It is astonishing how foolish humans can be in groups, especially when they follow their leaders without question - States: The Bene Gesserit View. All States Are an Abstraction.

*rustle, rustle, turns to pg 14*"He was a wild one," says Wendy Baylor, a classmate at Great Neck Middle School, "He and his pals were always getting into trouble with the teachers. That's why he was sent to the Military school." At 14, his parents decided to send him to Hargrave, a military academy in Chatham. Va., where tuition costs around $20,000 per year. Not a cheap school. Add a 1992 Spring Break in Europe, and I would say his family wasn't hurting for money. He spent 5 years at that school, according to Star, but left in 1994 just before graduating. Swami

6. "Will he bed the contestants?" |
I'm new to the Joe M/Bachelor/Bachelorette format. Will Joe take any of his final 4 women to bed? In the vote thread, Dawg said Evan wants to "try out" Mel M. and Sarah. Was this done on other shows? Is this not against the rules or what is considered acceptable behavior? Just askin', is all. Do these girls not care about their reputation? I would tell him no way, and if it caused me to lose, so be it!
