"Wade" Granted, 8/4's episode was the first episode I have watched (FLOM 1 or 2), but here's my uneducated opinion formed in a vacuum. It seemed like they were setting Eric up as the front-runner a la Charlie in the Bachelorette i.e. the one you expect to win based on their editing of him. Because of that, I am guessing that he will be final 2, but will not be the one chosen. Eric also constantly talks about strategy and scheming and would probably choose the money over Erin. And if NBC wants a happy ending like Joe Millionaire, I think she chose someone else. And with the choice between Chad and Wade, it seems like Wade would be more likely to choose Erin, so I'm guessing he's the final one. Nothing personal, Phelle, and I just can't help this reply: Who cares who she chooses?!?! Last night I taped Paradise Hotel, intending to watch FLOM2 and switch to football during the commercials, etc. I ended up more on football and Paradise Hotel! I watched the end of FLOM2 long enough to watch Vic pocket his green and walk away from the humiliation that is this program. And I realized, as I channel-surfed mightily, that FLOM2 was as exciting as watching fresh paint dry. We've been here before, we've seen it all many times (Joe Millionare, The Bachelor, FLOM1, etc.), and even the re-appearance of *EX*-Marine Rob won't be enough to kindle my excitiment... geez, give me Bug-Eyed Toni *any* day over this... Actually, I think she's going to pick Rob and they get a second chance. It's just the perfect romantic ending and this is the only reality show I'm almost sure is scripted. I'm betting that they gave Rob a nice cash bonus to pick Erin, knowing full well that he'd be dumped. He was probably promised his million anyhow, for coming back and winning the second show. I still can't figure out how Erin beat ~any~ of the other 4 girls in the final of FLOM1. Every one of them came across as more interesting, open, intelligent and sincere than she seems to be.
