"Something bothering me about this Rob idea of coming back!"
Hi everyone,

I really hope someone could answer me on this one... On FLOM1, Rob was aware that if he chooses a girl that will choose him over the money he gets the girl and the money!! On FLOM2, Erin knows that if she chooses a guy who will choose her over the money, she will get both!! So now both (Erin and Rob) knows how the game works...If Erin choose Rob, its better for Rob too choose Erin over the money since he knows that he will get both at the end... the money and the girl(since he really love Erin and she will win the 2 million... if they stay in couple they will both benefit)!! (OH gosh they will have to stay together for the next 40 years )

So ... whats the deal of bringing boring Rob back if he knows already how the game works!! Wasnt they suppose to never see eachother again???

I think this game is a whole setup! I dont buy it !

1. "Final Twist..."
Erin has to choose between the guy and the 2 million.

If she chooses the guy, no one gets $$$... if she chooses the money, the guy goes home with nothing.

Besides, Rob is gone next week... the only reason that he was kept around this week was that the producers wanted him to last more than one episode.

4. "RE: Final Twist..."
Interesting idea, but there is just one big flaw in it:

1) If they tell her she has to choose between love and money, you KNOW that Erin is going to say "Gimme my check! I'm outta here!".

Erin has clearly shown that she has very little romantic connection and/or interest in any of these guys.

2) And if they don't tell her beforehand, then there would be some serious lawsuit contention, there.

3) But the original point is interesting: In theory, Erin knows that Rob knows he'll get his share of the $2million if she chooses him and he chooses her over his money. So it would appear that the absolutely safe bet is for her to choose him, him to choose her, and they each get their $1 million.

So I agree that there must be SOME twist coming up.

Erin is under no obligation to share the $2 million with Rob. If she so desired, she could keep the money for herself and Rob is left with nothing. On the other hand, Rob can take his million and Erin gets nothing. Rob, if he gets to final, has the upper hand and it would be stupid of Erin to let him get so this far, especially given that she humiliated him the first time around and it would be icing on the cake to "get her back". This then becomes a game within a game.

But dont forget that all what Erin wants is the 2 millions $... she doesnt really care that she humilliated Rob on the previous FLOM. As for Rob, since he came back, he doesnt really care about humilliation unless... NBC paid him a very large amount of money to get back on the show

5. "RE: Final Twist..."
From what i understand about the game... Erin chooses the guy and the guy is the one who decides if he takes the money or the girl!!! So all Erin has to do is choose the guy who will choose her so she can get the money... then its up to her to keep the guy knowing that she has the money ( so she can have both or only the money)!!! So Erin doesnt choose between the money or the guy!!!

Correct me if i m wrong !

Remember they haven't told the guys that is love OR money (not both) yet. That will probably be the twist for the next show, although, Chad almost seems to be talking as if he already knows. That will again change the whole dynamic, and Wade may show his gold digger side - you never know.

12. "RE: Final Twist..."
Chad knows that Erin knows about the money because he was tipped off (by a very smart and attractive guy). I don't think he even cares about Erin all that much anyway but I think Erin has got the major hots for him and may keep him around to the final two. I cannot see Wade as a gold-digger just because of his nature. If he does choose the money over Erin, it would be for the right reasons, like because Erin is a manipulative, lying cold-hearted snake.

2. "RE: Something bothering me about this Rob idea of coming back!"
The creators of the show are exactly that - stupid. First off, they said that Erin would never be able to see Rob again if she took the money. Now, she has seen him again, therefore, she should not be entitled to any money. However, failing this minor little setback, the creators are probably saying to Rob now that he gets to play with the rest of the boys. So, if Erin chooses him, he gets to choose either her (and she gets him and the money) or the million and walk away never being able to see her again (until FLOM3). Just because he chooses her doesn't mean she has to share her money with him (knowing that she is a money-hungry whore).

Sorry, but I don't think this holds much water. The point is that Erin couldn't of HER volition try to see Rob again, i.e. date him again, etc.

The producers brought Rob into the show. Erin didn't have a choice. She didn't ask to see Rob. It was forced upon her by the producers. So they're not going to cheat her on that score.

Also, the stipulation was that she couldn't take the ORIGINAL one million and then see Rob again... but Erin has rejected that money for a chance at a fresh, new two million dollars. This is an entirely different two million dollars from the original one, so Erin is released from her obligation on THAT score, also.

8. "RE: Something bothering me about this Rob idea of coming back!"
It was the show/producers that brought Rob back, so Erin can't be held responsible and the money option is still open to her. But, she gave the check back, so that nullifies Rob and Erin's separation, and starts the whole thing all over again until she chooses another guy. Another way for them to leave the door open for Rob, is that if he gets eliminated in the next round, which he probably will, he wont be banned from seeing Erin. I hope he finds his sensibilities and wakes up... she's not worth chasing.

Well i really doubt that Rob will get eliminated next round since i guess the whole idea of bringing back Rob is for thrill and suspense... Imagine if Rob was there till the last round... how this can get more exciting!!! And that's what NBC wants!!

Somehow I just don't see the words thrill & exciting associated with dull, boring old Rob. The guy would put a jury to sleep. What were the producers thinking?

Very good point. They could both just play everyone and then play each other. Reportedly, all members have been seen and have recently stated that they are still single.
