PLEASE NOTE: The Reality TV World Message Boards are filled with desperate
attention-seekers pretending to be one big happy PG/PG13-rated family. Don't
be fooled. Trying to get everyone to agree with you is like herding cats,
but intolerance for other viewpoints is NOT welcome and respect for other
posters IS required at all times. Jump in and play, and you'll soon find out
how easy it is to fit in, but save your drama for your mama. All members are
encouraged to read the
complete guidelines.
As entertainment critic Roger
Ebert once said, "If you disagree with something I write, tell me so, argue
with me, correct me--but don't tell me to shut up. That's not the American way."

It doesn't exactly take long to figure out who the director is...It'll take some fast scriptwriting to keep this from turning into the Monster Of The Week special, not to mention explaining why all these escapees keep showing up within Sam's operating range. (You can just hear the yell of 'Road Trip!') I'm willing to give them that pattern for a few episodes while our protagonist finds his bearings, but they've already said what the cycle is going to be -- which means it's already time to think about breaking it. Some interesting casting here, and stronger performances than I was expecting from the leads (although you can pretty much dump the best friends in the toilet right now). F/X is going to be a problem as the series goes on: the CW is not the network you want to turn to when you need a big budget -- but Smallville seems to do well enough. I'll be curious to see how much they dig into the psycological impact of Sam's life. Essentially, when you know you've been pre-damned, have absolutely no hope whatsoever for redemption, and it's no fault of your own -- what do you do? Are you free to commit whatever actions you wish? Do you just keep living by your moral code and call it a victory, despite the fact that said code will never ultimately save you? Interesting. I'll be back next week.

Anotother hit for me! This is the first show I have ever watched on CW or even knew about. I loved that it was fast paced and not exactly convuluted. It was easy watching. Loved the physical comedy and the casting of the devil! I never saw Buffy but the premise reminded me of it. Was the chick on Heroes? One more of J Slice's Awesome Creations!

I'm still loving this show. Last nights epi was hilarious."This better be one bad ass vessel." *open ominous box to reveal tacky Christmas sweater* I laughed and laughed for the rest of the show over that one. And when Sock was wrestling with the Senator guy and he's screaming at him, "Wear the Christmas sweater!" That is my favorite part of the show; seeing what the vessel will be and trying to figure out how they will use it. Um. Strike that. I have a huge crush on Bret Harrison, so my actual favorite part of the show is the Shirtless Moment of the Week. I am very curious as to what is going on with Sam's dad. I gasped when he ripped that page out of the contract and threw it in the fire. I knew he was up to something. One word: GOTHMOG!
