"RE: Musings about the rest of Wednesday Night" I did and other than stating that Neil is gone and most likely won't be coming back there was no real "cause" mentioned by anyone. Both Josh and Sharon have been advised to "not talk about it". Josh is upset because him and Neil had grown really close and despite Neils intentions to NOT start anything with Josh they did share a kiss. Josh thinks this might have something to do with Neil's departure. (Or moreso hopes it wasn't the kiss that sent Neil packing.) Sharon did say that both her and Jacob went straight to sequester upon eviction and that it took half an hour between being told she's going back into the house and actually walking through the door. So for sure, the revolving door is part of the producers strategy this season. Maybe kicking off a pair a week and then inviting one person back in as they do. Neil is the anomaly. I can't imagine any reason, other than a family emergency, would be important enough to let someone leave that quickly and without full house disclosure. Unless Neil is also part of the twist. (It's been noted that in the pairs, he's the only person who never uses 'we' when discussing actions, strategy et. all.) Natalie seems to have been talking about having a relationship with Matt outside the house. Natalie does not have access to the feeds. Natalie is mostly concerned with telling the others about her amazing abilities to temporarily store water. Don't ask. Alex is not having the same level of 'luck' with Amanda: apparently there was an incident where he tried for a little unexpected lower-body contact and was rejected. Loudly. Amanda was visibly unhappy and audibly complaining about it for most of the day. Alex isn't happy about that. Alex isn't quite on Matt's exact level, but you have to think he's been checking out the neighborhood and asking about housing prices. Parker continues his rally against the show, the cast, the world, and whoever else has done him perceived dirt lately. Gosh, you'd almost think someone had tried to take his picture without permission. Of the entire remaining cast, only Alex and Amanda have never tried illegal drugs. (This explains a lot about the cast, and possibly also about the casting.) Jen seems to have thrown a DUI on top of that. Matt claims to have been on Fear Factor. Personal connections are not a factor for him. He also wants to know why it's okay for a guy to 'do a bunch of girls, but not for a girl to do a bunch of guys'. Matt has dreams we'd rather not know about. Allison wants to know why there isn't a single decent single guy in the house. Allison, meet the casting department. James has had testicular cancer, but is okay now. Joshuah once gave (by his estimation) eight people gonorrhea. I mention this for one reason: do you think he knows Joe & Dustin? Right now, the eviction seems to be leaning towards Allison and Ryan -- at least in part because of money: Allison has been talking about making a six-figure income, and no one sees any need to give her more. Natalie heard this and went to Chelsia, Chelsia went straight to James and asked if she could confront Amanda. (In an attempt to nip problems in the bud and without knowing exactly what was said.) When Chelsia confronted her, the whole thing exploded. As most everyone in the house has at one time or another heard Amanda talk about others in their alliance. It didn't take long for Alex to hear 4 or 5 different things about Amanda that not even he knew. When Alex got upset, the whole house moved to one side of the yard and everyone started yelling at Amanda. Alex explained that they are all playing as partners, so even if Amanda didn't say anything about Chelsia specifically, her mention of James being dangerous reflects directly upon Chelsia. But even before all of it got worked through, Joshuagh went on a rampage, throwing things around the yard including disparaging and downright evil remarks... (*including his second "joke" about her father's suicide. When near the end of the fight, someone said "So we should put a halo on you?" Chelsia said, "...more like a noose" Then Joshuagh screamed "Just like her dad!") Josh disgusts me. All in all, if Amanda can learn to play as the Omega dog, she could ride with Alex into a much better position than if she was going it alone. Alex is what will ultimately save her from eviction. For how long? I dunno. But as mentioned, longer than she would if she were playing alone.
