This poem is very special to me. I wrote this on the night of 3/30/98, the night that I gave my life to Christ.
Truly Deeply
I've lived my life a great pretender,
full of evil, trapped in sin.
But today my Lord, to You I surrender,
You were knocking so I let You in. It's You my life was lacking,
Right now I feel complete.
My worries I sent packing
when I layed me at Your feet. My soul was filled with sorrow;
You took it all away.
A better man I'll be tomorrow,
because tomorrow is a brand new day. I cried blood and I bled tears
and prayed that You would keep me.
With You I'll spend my endless years
I love You Truly, Deeply.
