PLEASE NOTE: The Reality TV World Message Boards are filled with desperate
attention-seekers pretending to be one big happy PG/PG13-rated family. Don't
be fooled. Trying to get everyone to agree with you is like herding cats,
but intolerance for other viewpoints is NOT welcome and respect for other
posters IS required at all times. Jump in and play, and you'll soon find out
how easy it is to fit in, but save your drama for your mama. All members are
encouraged to read the
complete guidelines.
As entertainment critic Roger
Ebert once said, "If you disagree with something I write, tell me so, argue
with me, correct me--but don't tell me to shut up. That's not the American way."

The BlizzardI place my hands upon my desk and lean back in my chair. I yawn and stretch and crack my neck and count the hours I’ve been there. I make my way across the room, trying not to get lost. My floor looks like a blanket of snow made of paper I have tossed. It amazes me the mess I have made; I can’t even see my feet. The snow has been falling throughout the day; each flake a crumpled sheet. I can’t seem to find the right words though I have plenty inside my head. Maybe it’s not the words I fear but rejection that I dread. It seems I may never allow you to know These feelings that I keep. The love I have for you, my dear, will remain buried in the snow so deep. ###

I love this Doodle! Every line builds to the next, and it rhymes, which is hard to do well, I know it has been said before, but it is. Really good! Rhyming poetry either flows beautifully, or falls flat. The piece flows so nicely. The paper snow metaphor is lovely. I've read it over several times and I like it more each time. Really good, really touching. I am so glad you shared it. The snow has been falling throughout the day; each flake a crumpled sheet Lovely!
