As you can probably tell, I'm super-enthusiastic about having another Super-Leg this week. Because, being the silly person that I am, I assumed that after the Week 1 stuff, they'd be done for the season... So I didn't create a rule to compensate. You know, a rule other than "throw out the entries", which was the previous rule. But, no more!!! From next week on, if there is a Super Leg, I will be scoring the episode based on the rankings at the Faux-PitStop. And any teams still racing around out there will all be tied for the next available payout. That means, if we did scoring this week, both Zev/Justin and Kent/Vyxsin would've scored the 8th place payout of .4x and no one would've gone 0x for the week. Yeah, it did look like Kent/Vyxsin was going to get there last, but I feel safer going with this rule rather than making educated guesses based on when they'll check into the pitstop. And scoring it based on the "current ranking" could be difficult if multiple teams are at various stages of a Detour or Roadblock. This is the most simple way to enforce this rule. The only exception to this rule is if only the 1st place team checks in like how the original Super-Leg did it. In that case, I'll just award the difference between the 1st and 2nd place payouts to the 1st place wagers, as a little bonus to them. (I'm not going to score every wager with a 2nd place payout. I'm not that generous.)  Next week, the real gimmick to the season begins. I've already thrown enough rule clarifications at you for one week. TAR17 Teams Remaining
