PLEASE NOTE: The Reality TV World Message Boards are filled with desperate
attention-seekers pretending to be one big happy PG/PG13-rated family. Don't
be fooled. Trying to get everyone to agree with you is like herding cats,
but intolerance for other viewpoints is NOT welcome and respect for other
posters IS required at all times. Jump in and play, and you'll soon find out
how easy it is to fit in, but save your drama for your mama. All members are
encouraged to read the
complete guidelines.
As entertainment critic Roger
Ebert once said, "If you disagree with something I write, tell me so, argue
with me, correct me--but don't tell me to shut up. That's not the American way."
Survivor 44's Three Stooges have been on fire of late by playing the middle and running the game from the shadows. But one of the alliance members got burned this week in a scene that never made it to TV. Or, at least, her pants did.
In an exclusive deleted scene from this week's episode, Yam Yam Arocho describes a funk that's been permeating the camp due to everyone's clothes being constantly wet. "Everybody's disgusting here," says Yam Yam. "The smell? I would never believe it was like this. It's a mix of garage worker armpit with burnt coconut. The humidity — nothing's dry, everything stinks like a wet dog smell."
Carolyn Wiger thinks she's got a solution for getting her clothes dry and warm, and it involves fire. When Yam Yam questions the proximity of her pants to the flame, Carolyn says "it's whatever" if they ignite. "God's plan."
Well, apparently God's plan was for Carolyn's shorts to set ablaze because that's exactly what happens. Check out the scene at the top of the article to see for yourself how Carolyn reacts to her smoking, smoldering shorts, as well as the fashion show that ensures when she attempts to put what's left of them back on her body.
Will you join Caorlyn's Va Va tribemates in laughing at the resulting damage? Of course you will.
Just saw a Survivor Promo on Global during Saturday Night Live and it seemed like new scenes. It ended with Jeff snuffing a torch with a player seen from the back. It had to be Jaime.
I'm trying to locate it on Global's web site but I haven't found it yet. I'll keep you posted or maybe Sheldor can dig it out somewhere.
The only Promo I've seen that shows Jeff snuffing a torch is CBS Sneak Peek 1 where Jaime is talking about her (fake) Idol going out with Kane then it cuts to a very short scene of Kane in the dark walking past Jeff. Check out Sneak Peek 1 below and see if that is the Promo or if it was different.
All 3 Survivor Commercials (posted by HMP Contests) do not show Jeff at Tribal Council.
The challenge in this Promo Video is the "Dizzy Miss Lizzy" Reward Challenge
Which was also used for the Final 8 Reward Challenge in last Season 43 where Noelle came from behind and won. However, last season it was a single sand bag to toss on top of a tall pole. This season, you can see that Danny is carrying two large balls. First ball retrieved by spinning those contraptions in the far back. Second ball retrieved on the balance beam.
Note: I think Jeff is telling Danny he has to cross the balance beam again since he jumped off the slopped down beam.
Noelle last season had to choose 3 more players (Sami, Jesse, and Owen) to join her at Sanctuary and read Letter From Home. Here is the Reward Challenge from Season 43.
