jbug 17010 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Playboy Centerfold" 06-12-09, 08:18 PM (EST) "She's Got the Look" I remember watching a few eps of this last season. It's actually interesting. Maybe I'll remember when it's on to catch more of it this time. There is a 72 yr old woman competing this year. Anyone else watching? I didn't want to start yet another forum! Seems that I constantly do that-I feel like the ultimate reality junkie here... Yes, I started watching it the other night. Right now, they've just chosen the top 11, since they made the exception for the one who had lack of confidence but lots of looks. The 72 y/o was a former model who wanted to see how far she could go now, at her age. She looks GREAT, not just for her age, but just GREAT! I originally voted for her, on the website, but now I'm going to wait for any more votes until I get to know these ladies. I want more than just beauty and brawn to sway me. I want to see some personality as well. I think this is an original idea whose time has come. Think they would take a 5'3", slightly pudgy blonde, 50-something?? And that was just ONE of the wannabe models. I am having serious second thoughts about keeping this on my DVR. I'm not a fan of 'Housewives' of any part of the country, and this competition is just getting so catty-so petty. Is this what suburbian women DO? Sit around and figure out ways to insult and be rude to other people? Especially those whom have had priviledge and wealth and/or beauty? Glad I don't fall into any of those categories. Doesn't make me better, but it sure as heck doesn't make me envious, either!! This one got down to the final 4 last night. The 72 year old woman was finally cut. There is one woman who is so petty and critical of one of the others! I never remember their names till I'm watching. She rolls her eyes every time the other speaks; the other one called her on it last night & of course she denied it. Even when the judges compliment the other one, she rolls her eyes and then in confessional says how what the judges see as sexy and sultry is really slutty and nasty! I am so glad they finally got rid of Shelly - or Shelby - or whatever her name is. She was so mean in her attitude! Something in the very beginning made her not like Leanne (?) and she spent the entire time talking bad about her. Always calling her a lier and fake, etc. Even after being eliminated her final comment was about her - how if Leanne wins, she wouldn't want to work for that model agency.
