Has anyone seen this new reality/game show on the SciFi channel?Basically it's a game of hide and seek. 10 runners(contestants) are in a big playing area (boat dock one week, big park the next week). They do missions to earn weapons. (not real weapons, just fake high tech stuff that stops the hunters in various ways) Then there are hunters released throughout the game, who are trying to track down the runners. Getting tagged by a hunter means you're out of the game. Near the end of the time limit (1 hour), the exit point is revealed and the first player to get through the exit point wins $25,000. --- It's a pretty cool show. Anyone else watching?

This was my take on it: http://community.realitytvworld.com/boards/DCForumID17/1996.shtml Judging by the response to that thread, you and I may be the only two people on the board who know it exists. Maybe that one should have had a banner continuously running on the top bar for three weeks -- but it didn't help Estate.

This is the only episode I saw.It seems ok, my 14 year old loves it....says it reminds him of a real life video game. I can see where it would get old. They'll have to do things to keep it fresh. But right now, it's light entertainment.

I've tried to remember to watch for two weeks now. It comes on Tuesday evening at 9pm Cst (I think) and I can't imagine what deters me from switching over. Maybe that's my Snark hour.

I mean really, do they actually think that he has a special grudge against any one of them? There is some drama involved, some suspense, and a definition of good guy vs. bad guy. But there must be a legion of cameramen around. A dead giveaway for the runner whose strategy is to hide behind a tree or a wall, I would think. And the constant interviews, whispering, complaining, crowing. I'm waiting for the winner's interview to include the question. (What's his name?) "Wow you won all that money ($25K, maybe plus a few more thousand), what are you going to do with it?" (Winner) "Well, first I plan to buy my Mom a house, and a car, and then I'll put my little sisters thru school. Then maybe something for myself." $25K? They must really know how to stretch a buck.
