StarryLuna 4771 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Stuff Magazine Centerfold" 09-15-03, 04:13 PM (EST) "Hurricane Isabel" For those of you not aware, I live less then an hour inland from Virginia Beach/Norfolk and all those areas that are supposed to get slammed hard by Hurricane Isabel. Miss Isabel is slated to make her appearance Thursday into Friday, which means its possible that my electricity and/or cable will be cut off right as I'm watching/taping TITee to write my fabulous summary...I guess Station Manager Bubba got sent to my area instead of yours, I AM HE. So far its just super windy and rainy, we'll see what happens over the next 9 1/2 hours. Hopefully, my cable will still be inservice to see Temptation Island, although there's a very strong possibility that TITee will be pre-empted by storm coverage. First of all, thanks for all your nice messages and good luck wishes! Well, I've made it through Hurricane Isabel. My power went out Thursday about half an hour after my last post. It came back Friday night. Cable came back Saturday night and interent just came back this morning. The storm was pretty crazy. Without power and anything to do, my fiance and I turned our loveseat around in our living room to face the window and just watched the storm for about 4 hours. A tree fell just a few inches from my fiance's car. We got off pretty lucky compared to many people around here. So, obviously I missed TITee...I was so bored Thursday night once it was dark...I kept looking at the clock and thinking "Michael has to be screwing one of the singles by now!" I'm not very good at recaps (and it was Survivor premier night) so I can't really tell you a lot about what happened. For some reason the producers have chosen to show us some of the things out of order. It seems like the clips from the girls lodge are a few days ahead of the clips from the boys lodge.
