Just when the players were going to pick Corbin in the artifact game. It was Tracy that asked for a second vote. Then they changed to Mark. The mole would do something like that.

You Survivor Spoilers may remember me from my Yahoo TV Listing Spoiler theory in S7, which, except for the transposition of Shawn and Burton, was an accurate list of the jury and Final 2. I noticed in the local TV Guide last night that only 7 contestants (and Ahmad) were listed. Missing was Tracey Gold. Don’t have a link but it was in the Austin (Tx) American Statesman – Show World – week of Jan 4-10. Read what you want into it and flame me for my preoccupation with TV listings if you must but I just wanted to mention it. And I did think she seemed suspicious in her conversation and eventual alliance with the idiot. She made him first say they were going to have an alliance (or whatever they called it, can’t remember) and then made him give her his suspicions on the identity of the Mole before she would comment. And she did not answer his direct question on whether or not she was the Mole until he volunteered that he was not. BTW, Yahoo TV Listing for the Mole goes to “Document Not Found”. Will keep checking that. So what do your local TV listings say?

I agree, she does seem very cool. She doesn't seem like the normal DAW celebrities on the show. She doesn't seem like she is going to bring any of that drama b.s. to the show either which I am grateful for. I enjoy the Mole for the game and not the drama that comes from other "reality" shows. I have her as my #3 pick as the Mole.

Hiya frankz, or should I call you the "Cable-Guy". I do remember you during S7. Why did you disappear? You say you got the tip from reading the Austin (Tx) American Statesman - Show World - week of Jan 4-10. Is this the Statesman's television listings insert, say in their Sunday edition? Or did you get it from the actual "TVGuide"? You mention both, I just want to be clear. Are you hypothesizing that Tracey Gold was missing from the list of players because she is the mole? Or that she is the next to be executed? Again, clarity please. I have some reasons as to why this might have happened, but would rather hold off until I feel more comfortable as to which side this falls on. As far as my local papers TVlistings, nothing out of the ordinary. Websites like TVGuide and Yahoo do not list the shows in the same way as this guide that you saw. Something you might try, when trying web-based tv-listing sites, is to call it "Celebrity Mole" instead of "The Mole". I tried both ways at Yahoo and only found the listings when typed with the Celebrity up front. Maybe, as well, you could scan the original page or at least transcript it for us. This might help with the deciphering. Thanks for the tip. Don't go away too soon. But you can call me tribe. S7ABCABP Winner

Hey Tribephyl I never went anywhere. Just got involved in other non-productive theories of mine like Lillian stole the fishhook and Sandra and Jon had a secret alliance. Wasn’t much more to say about the listing once Burton became part of the jury. Ok, to answer your questions, it was the local paper insert, not TV Guide the magazine. Sorry for the confusion. Here’s the transcript:Celebrity Mole Yucatan ABC/24 – Ananda Lewis, Mark Curry, Stephen Baldwin, Corbin Bernsen, Keshia Knight Pulliam, Angie Everhart and Dennis Rodman compete for $250,000 while trying to uncover a saboteur in their midst. (Season Premiere) (N) (PG) (cc) No mention of Ahmad either (I thought he was listed, sorry) but we know he’s not the Mole, uh, don’t we? And yes, I’m postulating that Tracey could be The Mole based upon her exclusion. But I’m not suggesting my local paper knows anything exclusively that other people don’t know, that’s why I asked what other papers said. The names are not in alphabetical order but it is interesting that Ananda is the first listed and first voted out. Not ready to make anything out of that except coincidence (so far). I did type in Celebrity Mole in Yahoo yesterday and got the synopsis for next week to come up but the “About This Series” section gave me the “Document Not Found” screen. It does work today and all 8 are listed. That order is: Newcomers include legendary basketball bad boy Dennis Rodman, former v.j. and talk-show host Ananda Lewis, comedian Mark Curry, supermodel Angie Everhart, sitcom stars Tracey Gold, and Keshia Knight Pulliam, battling against returning players Stephen Baldwin and Corbin Bernsen. Nothing there that I can see. And I ain’t goin’ nowhere. I like this stuff. My wife definitely thinks I have too much time on my hands. She’s probably right but I like to try and find inconsistencies whenever I can. That’s what we’re here for.

Thank you for your response. I'm sorry bout claiming your disappearence, when in actuality my memory was what was missing. I recognize your "fishook" and "Sandra&Jon Alliance" theories, just didn't remember these were from you. Oops. Anyway, about mole oriented stuff. "yes, I'm postulating that Tracey could be The Mole based upon her exclusion. The names are not in alphabetical order but it is interesting that Ananda is the first listed and first voted out. I did type in Celebrity Mole in Yahoo today and all 8 are listed. Nothing there that I can see."
It does seem a bit odd. Ananda being first on the list and Tracey missing and all from the cast list. Makes you go Hmmmmm... Yet, this very easily could have been an oversight or typo. Perhaps they were somehow caught off gaurd with there being 7 contestants in Celebrity~Mole:Hawaii versus the 8 contestants in Celebrity~Mole:YuCaTaN. In that same issue, do you notice any other typo's for other shows? Maybe they are just prone to mistakes. Is there a certain amount of space alloted to each show? This could be the cause. I don't want to sound like your wife. I'm positive I don't look like her. But it may be a case of the old mountain/molehill problem. However, Tracey is still a very viable Mole. She's on Mole lists everywhere, and highly rated in Mole polls. Plus there are lots of clues showing up. I am pretty sure she is in the Final3. So she could very well be the... All I know is if Mark goes next and then Stephen, it becomes quite ominous. If she does pull it off, just think of how mad Corbin will be for shrugging off the Most.Obvious.Clue.Ever (the goldfish). No wonder Dennis just sits back and smiles. I thought it was just because he was stoned, but maybe he already knows who the Mole is and he's sticking with it. If Tracey is the mole, you can say "I knew it when...". I like this stuff. I like to try and find inconsistencies whenever I can. That's what we're here for. Here! Here!

Been out of town, couldn’t answer you. I don’t necessarily just look for TV listing clues but after watching E1 I had suspicions about Tracey from watching the show. Most of them have been thoroughly discussed elsewhere in this thread; all the gold images and references, her quick and easy alliance with Goofus but only after she made him talk first, her placing the blame on Angie, etc. Then after the show I was looking to see what was on next and noticed only 7 contestants listed. And Tracey was missing. So I got excited about the molehill. Not the first time. And no, the order meant nothing. Btw, the last two weeks in the Show World there were no contestants listed, only descriptions of the stunts. But I did run the descriptions through my descrambler program and it spelled out “Stepthen Baldwirn maakes Zippcy thee Pinyhead seem coherent.” The first 5 words have an extra letter and if you pull them out, they spell Tracey. Think it means anything?

Her quick alliance with Baldwin seems very suspect. Her long list of acting credentials makes for very good mole material. There was a moment during the game where Corbin referred to the fish, being painted "gold", on the wall of the cantina, might be something or nothing but worth noting. I'll pick Tracey as the mole, subject to further verification. Valley Girl "Corbin, I'm not going to tell you again, it's your turn to act the idiot ......"

LAST EDITED ON 01-10-04 AT 03:51 AM (EST)Greetings all Molers out there. New member here, but I had to stick in my own two cents on some Tracey Gold theories. There seems to be a lot of golden items present during the first episode. Leading to the dinner table, the first shot is of the tablecloth which is striped GOLD. Secondly, about one-third of the way through the show, we see a beach volleyball game being played with a GOLD ball. Then, during the Quiz flashbacks, we see Mark Curry dancing in front of the TV studio in a greyscale shot, but the GOLD logo of the station seems to stand out. Also, in each and every player interview I've seen done so far, there is some type of GOLD item in the background. Plus, in the previews for the second episode, we can see Ahmad wearing a bright GOLD sombrero and scarf. Even the hotel where the show is being filmed at is lit with GOLD lights. Seems to be a little too much coincidence. And let's expand on this theory a little further. Going back to the sign on the taxi with the $30,000. Remember that the next person to be picked up before the task was abandoned was Tracey Gold. What if, as the Mole, she had been instructed to abandon KKP, thus earning the full $30,000 that had been planned? Maybe it was just pure coincidence that Bernsen and the other players decided to end the game before Tracey had been picked up. I dunno, I've been going "gold" crazy ever since that danged fish issue that Bernsen caught. I'm probably looking way too deep into this, but for the time being, Tracey is high on my list of Mole candidates.

Well, we saw Stephen form an alliance with Tracy. Possible spoilers indicate that Stephen might be the next one executed, as he, along with Ananda, are the ball-throwers in an upcoming challenge. I say if Stephen goes next, we might just have our Mole.

She only has two children. Two boys. Those other sites are incorrect.Bailey and Sage are her sons with Roby marshall. And I think she's the mole too. She's highly intelligent, and very good at listening. And the Mole has been a female, even on that first non-celeb season. Angie is being too obvious in her attempts to make people think she's up to stuff. She takes too many risks to be the mole. Keisha is just too young. It's Tracey. >True, and like I said, that >really doesn't have anything Mole >like about it.

This is a way-out-there theory that will look brilliant if and only if Tracey turns out to be the mole...Suppose the clue is not the emphasized letters (vowels) but the consonants. And suppose the direction of importance is deduced from the order of the alphabet. The first vowel in the alphabet is A The last vowel in the alphabet is U So we'll go from A to U (i.e. backwards) The letters would be t-c-y Which adding a couple of letters becomes TraCeY And then, consider the vowels Au as found together on the periodic table (Casually ignoring that their are 2 A's emphasized) That would be Gold. as in GOLDman. Do you believe yet? If I could somehow incorporate the 'n' into this, I would be a truly brilliant spoiler. Instead, I'll just turn out to be wrong. But at least I put some thought into it!!! I'm still not sure if these actions incriminate or acquit her, but in Ep2, when she wasn't executed, and corbin was, she was extremely surprised. In my mind this is a result of one of two things: 1. Tracey is a player (not the mole) and had put all her eggs in one basket. When she was second to last entered in the computer, she expected the worst. But we all know that she wasn't executed, so if she really had put all her eggs in one basket, SHE KNOWS WHO THE MOLE IS or is really close. Conversely, 2. Tracey is the mole and is acting for everyone. in which case, good job. If she does know, that probably add fuel to the AngieFOMO camp, since she seems (or ABC is making it out to seem) that she's very suspicious of Angie. I guess we'll find out. If Tracey doesn't go next time, Then I'm sure she knows who the mole is-- even if that means she's the mole ^_^

I think that maybe she and Corbin both thought Angie was the Mole but she finished the quiz faster than Corbin and that is why she didn't go. Do you think Ahmad enters the name of the person in the order of how fast they finished the quiz. Whether they have correct answers or not, just how fast they finished. I wouldn't put all my eggs on Tracey being the Mole if she isn't executed next week. They knew that Corbin was voting for Angie to be the Mole, if Tracey thought it was too, then next week she is going to change her suspect based on Corbin going this week and her knowing that he was putting all of his eggs on Angie. All of that aside, Tracey is one of my top 3 suspects as the Mole.

i suppose that my analysis assumes that angie is the mole. the feeling i got from her reaction when she wasn't executed was something like a shocked "oh my god! **REVELATION**" not a shocked "oh my god! **PHEW**" or am i just dreaming this?if angie's not the mole, tracey at least knows that she's definitely not the mole. i get the feeling she put all her eggs in one basket because her reaction seemed really big, kind of an "it's all or nothing, and if this goes right, i'm so money" reaction. but then, does tracey seem like the kind of player that would put all her eggs in one basket? for that matter was corbin? along these same lines, if angie IS the mole, tracey knows. BWAHAHAHAHA. either way, IMO, tracey is definitely able to narrow down her suspects after this round.

Moleability: - After the exemption or bust game, she was quick to remind everyone why Angie had sabotaged the game. Could be misdirection, like she did in Ep 1. - Volunteered to switch places with a sick Angie. Since the Mole would know which pinata had the exemption, and someone had beaten her to it, could this have been an effort to keep $ out of the pot? - It seemed like she was letting her pinata get hit, which would have put $10k in the pot, but she kept pulling out of reach - was she trying to force Angie out of the circle, thus costing her team the $10k? 45. "RE: Bebo's Ep 2 Moleability Analysis" |
#1: If you're the Mole, one strategy can be to shift focus off of yourself by blaming others. As in the first episode's lying game, Tracey was quite vocal after the game in pointing out Angie's Moleish behavior. If she really suspected Angie, would she want to announce it to everyone else so that they'd have the intel? Or would she want to just paint someone else as a reasonable target so people didn't look at her?#2: In the first CMY, Frederique had to think on her feet when she didn't get the role in a game that she had planned on getting, since she couldn't sabotage things as she originally was supposed to. Since Mark jumped forward and chose the pinata with an exemption, was Tracey taking advantage of an opportunity to switch places and keep money out of the pot? I agree this is the weakest argument of the three, but I did want to throw her willingess to switch places out there for discussion. HE, for all but one of the contestants, Moleish behavior isn't going to end up Moleish. I'm just pointing out anything I can think of that could be construed as Moleish, just in case it turns out to be signficant later on. Snarky, smart, S7 Anti-Bootee Champ

Did no one see when they were at the execution they flashed a look at Tracey's bag??? It was when they were coming back from commercial and there was only her and Cobin left I believe. Before the execution started, they showed all the bags? Why just show Tracey's bag at that point?? Why not show Tracey's and Cobin's? Tracey is the mole.

I, too, noticed the close up of Tracey's bag. I wondered if it could be a clue. They did not focus on anyone's bag like they did Tracey's.

My immediate response to them showing her bag was that she was going to be the one executed. Would they be so bold as to blatantly show her bag if she were the mole? I always thought their clues were more subtle and obscure. I wonder if it was a red herring.

60. "Ep 3 Moleability Analysis" |
Interesting week for her - definitely potential Mole behavior.Possible Moleability: Clucks for Bucks - 48 hats, 6 numbers. Given how many numbers the other teams got through in their time, you would think she and Mark would have been able to find more numbers. Lost $2,000 on a simultaneous hat foul. As the last team, they should have known better (yet it looks like an "honest" mistake). Mexican Wrester Maze - She was close enough to the exit to see it, yet she ran into a corner to be caught by a wrestler, costing her team $20,000. She then took an additional $5,000 from the pot since she wanted to check her belt for an exemption. Leftovers - Left a lot of food. Was she trying to make his task tougher? Hard to tell, since she is recovering from an eating disorder. Anti Moleability: Mexican Wrestler - $5,000 isn't a lot to give up for a possible exemption, especially after all the team had won in the last two games. She said she had suspected Curry, yet he was the only runner to complete the task. A cheap, tempting offer to ensure being around for another round is not necesarily Moleish. Didn't Mark immediately pick Tracy when the chicken game was introduced? He thought it was a group of 3, but it was 2 and then let go of whoever was on his right. Has this been mentioned yet anywhere? It just looked like he really wanted her on his team...maybe he suspects her and wants to watch her.

Since Stephen was her coalition partner, (I guess the word alliance was already taken), and he just bit the dust, his final words were telling. He said, "Tracey swore to me she's not the mole, you better not be the mole Tracey" or something along those lines. In the previews when the 3 voted off come back, it lookes as though they were targeting Tracey. Could they have figured out she is the mole?

In the chicken game when Ahmad told everyone to get into three groups of twos...some of them thought he said two groups of threes...and tracey was one to jump into a group of three, and i think it was mark who yelled out three groups of twos..or something of that sort...if any of them were the mole they woudl have known it was two to a group not three so those who were confused i woudl guess are not the mole...does that make sense?

Mark's odd behavior tonight was way over the top. If he is not the mole, it would make sense that he wants everyone to believe it's him (especially if he thought the mole was a woman). That would already put him ahead of the others on taking the the tests. Also, although his descriptions were so lame in the painting competition, he clearly said to Tracey several times that the buildings were small and in the background.

Yes but he didn't tell Tracey the buildings were small until she had already painted them large. He seemed to give her the descriptions in a strange order.

I was wondering if Keshia and Angie were going to get a penalty for telling Dennis about their photos. I thought the whole idea was that they had to paint the photo, not explain it to Dennis.

I'm not a big fan of this show, but I watched it last night. Has anyone mentioned that there is a flower called Yucatan Gold? I didn't see it on the thread and thought we ought to at least put it in here.

Was it just me or did the label on the tequila start out saying Cuervo Gold then when it was flashed to again it had a different label that said Mole. Did anyone tape or TiVo?

All good tequila drinkers know that Jose Cuervo (SP?) Gold tequila is 1800. That was the nail in the coffin for me to decide that tracy is the mole.

Okay, in last night's show, there was a painting of Ahmad with a mole in it. Angie pointed out that there was a mole in it. Now, I don't know how I noticed this but in the bottom right hand corner, it said Mark. Of course this could have just been the painters name but it also could mean Mark is the mole. I personnally think it's Angie or Mark. I just was wondering if that was truely the name on the painting. Could someone who has it taped tell me what they think? Thanks!

I've had Tracey pegged as the Mole from the very beginning, FOMO game included, but when I heard her tell Dennis that she was pretty sure she knew who the Mole was after Keshia's execution, I was convinced we just got a big clue who will be executed next. That's right. I'm voting Tracey. Just like Rodman's statement in the first episode that he was going to make it to the final three (count on it!), Tracey's declaration was edited in so next week will be the most recent Most Dramtic Execution YET!

Sorry if this is a duplicate observation. On a couple of other threads the number 7 is discussed as significant. I put this post on the other thread too but because it has to do with Tracy, I am putting the thought here too. Growing Pains was on for 7 seasons and with the addition of little sister Chrissy and Mike's friend played my leonardo DiCaprio, that made 7 main cast members. Might be "fishing" for clues but if the number 7 is a clue that is how it COULD relate to Tracy.

Finally! Someone to agree! I think Tracey is gone to, because they show Mark and Angie in the execution...Angie looks like her mole just got up and left, and Mark looks the same. But you all remember what happened with Michael Boatman, yes? You all swore it was him, yet he was executed about this same time. Tracey is executed!

I think Tracey suspected Mark and when they were doing the painting she was using the opportunity to find out. And I think his actions just verified for her that he is the mole in her mind. Only the 2 of them know for sure who said what on the walkie talkies. The others couldn't hear everything. The way he acted afterwards told her something.

95. "Tracey and Number 7" |
LAST EDITED ON 02-03-04 AT 03:30 AM (EST)(bumped from earlier mispost, sorry if this is a repeat) I've been TraceyFOMO since Episode 1 with all the gold references I once mentioned. I keep getting more and more sold on Gold every episode. But I think I may have just gathered up the clincher. In the thread from these forums on "Journal 7", everyone has been trying to figure out what the number 7 could mean when it was blatantly revealed in the "Clucks For Bucks" game. Everyone has assumed it was referring to Journal #7. But someone finally realized that it could instead refer to the 7th person introduced on the show. Remember all the back on Episode 1, with the taxi cab game? The seventh person scheduled to be picked up is none other than Ms. Tracey Gold. IMHO, Tracey is the Mole, Mark is your winner, D-Rod and Angie are Mole-bait. (edited for clarifcation)
