"Top Chef Masters: Sous Chef Edition"
Apparently the new season of Top Chef Masters started tonight. Thank goodness my DVR caught it, or I never would have known. This time, each chef got to bring a Sous Chef with them. Anyone else watching?

Just saw a commercial for the next season of Top Chef. It will be in NOL.

Thanks to tribephyl for the sigpic!

Watched it, a little frustrated that I didn't see the "sous" show as it meant that the show made less sense (why salmon and steak?)

Thought the parachuting was a fun idea

I watched it. Top Chef is still one of my favorites. The sous chef thing was confusing. It made more sense when I watched it online, but I did it after the fact. The one for the next episode is up. I like it, but I think they need to tweak it a bit.

I like to see the reaction when they first see each other. You don't have that on regular TC.

David Burke was funny jumping out of the plane. The Canadian Chef was funny also. I hope she sticks around a bit.

When the one guy didn't finish his oysters, the rest of them basically were all safe. There seemed to be a lot of problems with their dishes. I can't imagine jumping out of a plane and then going straight to cooking under those circumstances.

I liked the shot of the guy calmly getting out of the Lexus and arriving to cook, an hour later.
