Are Surveysez and I the only ones who watched?

Susan: Edie told Paul that it was Susan's idea to break into Paul's house. Mike overheard this and warned Susan to stay away from Paul because he's dangerous. Paul met with Susan and gave her some BS story that Mary Alice's real name was Angela. she was named after an aunt, who she had an argument with and thus changed her name to Mary Alice. Susan's kitchen blew up. The fire department said a candle was left lit and there was a gas leak. Susan's mother admitted to having a Vanilla candle going earlier, but she also remembered blowing it out. Susan decided to have Paul investigated and ended up picking a Private Eye out of the yellow pages -- the same PI that Paul had hired to off Edie.

Zach: Zach tried to see Julie. Susan said no. Julie then told Zach she doesn't want to see him. At the end of the show, Zach was staring at a shrine to Julie with a certain vanilla scented candle lit beneath it.


Lynette: It was revealed that about 8 years ago, Tom had a hot and heavy romance going with some hotty in his office. He wasn't the "marrying man" back then. Then he met Lynette, fell in love, dropped the hottie and married Lynette. (Something tells me it should have been the other way around.) Anyways, this hottie was hired 3 months ago as Tom's assistant, and he didn't tell Lynette. Lynette is super paranoid and her insecurity is bothering Tom. She planned a big dinner, invited the hottie, had the boys show up with a picture they drew of the perfect family. Then the hottie one-upped Lynette by "receiving a call from the big boss" and luring Tom back to the office for an all-nighter. Lynette went to Edie for advice -- very funny.

Gabby/Carlos: Gabby went shopping for a new car since they're about to get that big settlement. She puked in the car. Car saleslady told her she's probably prego. Gabby bought a test and confirmed it. Then at Carlos's "going to prison" party, she ran inside to puke and discovered her tampered with bc pills. She's prego and doesn't know who the father is. She cursed Carlos in front of the whole neighborhood, announcing her pregnancy and calling him an SOB. He just smiled.

Bree/Rex/George: Bree and Rex ran into George (the pharmacist) at a garden show. Bree and George were chummy. Rex was jealouse, told Bree that George still loves her. He told Bree to use a new pharmacy and stay away from George. Rex's pills still not working and he's feeling worse. He thinks it's the doctor's fault. George had his ugly assistant pretend to be his girlfriend and show up with him at the party. Rex saw right through it and pushed George into the pool. George grabbed Bree who fell in also.

THE BIG SECRET: Mrs. Huber's sister (Felicia) had a flashback about a conversation with Mrs. Huber. Felicia had a pic of Mary Alice (from the event in the video tape). Mrs. Huber told her it was her neighbor, Mary Alice. Felicia indicated that a young woman on drugs had had a baby, who disappeared and then Mary Alice and her husband disappeared. It appears that Mary Alice took the baby.

I may have missed something. My questions:

I have read somewhere that a major character will die -- will try to find link. Who could it be? I would think Paul (whose story will pretty much be up at the end of this season) or Rex (who could die because of George's tampering with the pills).

When Tom told his dad he had a big secret, was he referring to hiring the hottie or something else?

I think Tom had an affair somewhere, possibly just a one nighter.

At one point, I wondered if Tom had a whole other family. I mean, he's not there half the time, because he travels so much with the job and all...I don't know. It seems like it could be possible that he has another family in another city that also thinks he just travels a lot for work. But he seems to be present more often these days, so maybe not. He's certainly hding something big, though.

Seems like I remember hearing this too but I just read the entire spoilerfix.com web site and I didn't see it...that doesn't mean that the rumor isn't out there though.

I didn't tape the show lastnight but did Felicia say that the child AND the mother disappeared? After that little scene it just fit to me that Dana was the mother and Paul and Mary Alice were responsible for her death and Zach was Dana's son. However, a couple of episodes back didn't Felicia say that she liked Zach's original name better...Dana? I am now really confused!

If memory serves me right she said that the baby had disappeared and not long after is when "Angela" and her husband had left town.

So it appears that Zach (was Dana)...his mother was a drug addict (possibly Diedre??). Angela and Paul took Dana and raised him as Zach...somewhere along the line Diedre found out that they took Dana and she found them. They killed her and thus she was found in the box.

Just my guess.

Correct, and Felicia even said something back then about if Angela could give the baby a good home, then so be it.

So Zach was Dana. I still don't know about Deidre being the mother. I think Deidre was simply a PI, who found them. Deidre's dad appears to live in Wysteriaville, so I would assume Deidre did too.

The thing about Deidre being Zach's possible mother makes more sense to me knowing that Mike had past drug charges and was involved with Deidre. Seems like the connection is there. IMO.

I agree with you MM and sisyphus makes some great assumptions in the thresd about Mike and speculation. Sisyphus speculates that Mike could be Zach's father...interesting.

I've thought about that too, vols. I am somewhat hoping Zach is not his son though because of how disturbed he has been. Perhaps he will get some better light shed on him soon and he won't look like a hopeless future serial killer.

I do feel so bad for him though, his father was downright cruel to him by saying he wasn't special enough for Susans daughter.
