Gosh my beloved SB doesn't like me anymore! I can't do any updates with the user utility as I get this message:

ERROR: User Management Disabled
The webmaster of this site has disabled User Management Console. To change your password or profile, please email the webmaster.

I need to update my email address as I've moved. Also can't upload images and can't stay logged in after signing off the internet.

Thanks Webby I will see if I can figure that out. I bought a new PC a few months ago and maybe the settings are different? Perhaps this is why I can't upload images either? I have been able to do so elesewhere though. Weird! Anyway I will tinker with this later this evening. Thanks again!

I read the other thread and went back and adjusted some of my settings. Cookies were enabled (was on low setting) and I adjusted to allow ALL cookies on both Norton and IE. I still can't access the user utility or upload files. I also did the firewall thingie as well. It's weird because I belong to another Board (non-Survivor related) and I have had no difficulty using the user utility to change contact info nor have I had any problems uploading files/images. My new computer is a Sony Vaio and I have Norton security and use the latest version of IE.

I would love to change my siggie and upload files but it looks like I'm out-of-luck! I don't know what else to do. As for my email, is there anyway I can get this changed through other means? I host the PTB Game and REALLY need the ability to send/receive email. My old ISP doesn't operate in my new town so that email addy is no longer valid.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I'm so confused! Even when I turn off ALL security features and allow ANY cookies I still can't get in. I also specifically listed SB as a "safe site" to allow all cookies from here. Still won't work.

Thanks Webby for the HTTP Referer suggestion. I may call support and see if they can help fix this. BTW sorry for the duplicate threads. At first I wasn't sure if they were related or not. I'm not particularly technical so I apologize for any redundancy.
