Great that it worked out for you!I agree that it probably would work out well to let the sauce marinate on the pork for a while - one of the key benefits of this recipe is that it's so easy to use for a quick weeknight meal and is a favourite of ours because during the week, neither of us feel like making anything complicated ... so this recipe is nice for a meal that isn't something crappy like Kraft dinner or pancakes for the little kids, but doesn't require a major process in the kitchen. If you've got the time, it'd be worth seeing how the flavour works after a few hours marinating in the sauce.
