I made these last week before I went on vacation so I don't remember much except that my DH loved them! Thanks Weltek! Easy and delicious is my kind of cooking.I followed the recipe but used OJ and Penzey Spices grated Orange peel instead of fresh. I followed Starshine's suggestion to use Tabasco for the hot sauce. I had cilantro but forgot to chop it. Next time! My sauce was kind of thin and I wonder if it was because of the honey I used. I used honey from a local beekeeper that was mostly crystallized.
