I'll start with the fries first even though we made them last. We left the skins on.DH using the mandolin. (I'm not allowed to--with good reason!)
 Fries coated and ready to go in the oven.

Ingredients for the chicken salad.

Lime rind, juice and mayo.
Adding grated ginger.

Thank you again, qwertypie. This was so good! In fact, I showed the recipe and pics to my co-worker and this is now the main course at her daughter's bridal shower. The only down-side is she now wants me to come and make it for them. Gah.
