Yes, I am getting ahead of myself.
Maybe for the finale, have the same choreography repeated by the two couples. I think the guys did a better job at the hip hop than the girls would have, but if the guys had gotten the broadway routine and the girls the hip- hop, the gap would have been much closer.
Having a poor song choice, costuming or choreography can really affect the audiences perception of how well you did. Maybe this would be more fair. Of course, this would remove some of the subtle ways the judges are trying to influence the winner.

I don't know if I saw this here or somewhere else, but they should do a "best of" show to give the dancers a week off. I felt that the finale asa whole was weak, primarily due to the exhaustion of the dancers. I can understand they would want to keep up the momentum, but the last show was a letdown for me.

As to the jet or limo -- that is a rough call. With the new regulations, would tequila be allowed on the jet? If not, definitely the limo. BTW, Skye wants to make the threesome a foursome.
