"NONE of the remainder should be hired"
The problem I see with the show now is that none of the remaining applicants is very attractive. The male is a punk, childish and annoying. Between the two women, Bethenny wins by a hair because Dawna looks on the verge of tears all the time and appears to be a weakminded sort who would be flattened by normal office politics and roughhousing. It's not saying much to say Bethenny would be the best choice. It's a terrible field to choose from. I have never watched any of the "survivor" shows, this is a first. I enjoyed a couple of the earliest shows but the last few weeks have been sheer hell and morbid curiosity. I actually did miss the original airing last week, I saw it in rerun. I don't know if I will watch the finale.

I agree with you Vols, but I didn't take the attractive comment to mean physically attractive. I read it as them not having attractive personalities.

Even if the poster is referring to personalities...that still doesn't mean a lot to me. I don't think Martha has an attractive personality but she is very successful.
Either way, I think the people should be judged on how they have performed not by looks or personality. Now don't get me wrong, personality plays into the equation but isn't the sole reason for hiring/firing.

I am not thrilled with the people that competed on this show. I think Dawna could be good so I would hire her. As for Bethanny, i think she is a waste.....how she got this far it is a mystery to me. Maybe it all goes back to the first show when Bethanny said she dated Mr Cigar's son or it is because all the other candidates stunk too.

I want Bethany to win. Dawna is boring. Very dull person. Very little creativity. Bethany did extremly well near the last 5 or so tasks. Before she wasn't great, but now well done.
Dawna is ok. I don't mind who wins. Both of them are very different, but Dawna is definitly a very safe pick.

Bethenny is too hyper and manic. She can't make a decision, doesn't know how to organize or plan anything, has terrible people skills, is unfocused...I can keep going! Dawna is a little boring...she didn't how to play Scrabble!!! But of the two, Dawna is the better choice. It really comes down to what they're looking for. If they want someone creative who can help think of the next cool thing/idea, etc., then Bethenny is better. If they want someone stable who can get the job done consistently, then Dawna is better. Bethenny is not management material. Even if she wins she would only do this for ~6-9 months...she can't focus on anything for too long. Dawna would probably be in it for the long haul. They're just very different candidates. In my opinion, none of Martha's candidates were particularly strong. They reminded me of people you work with who make a lot of noise and try to get seen and get in good positions, but they can't perform. There's no substance to them. Very disappointing.
