I sincerely doubt that recipe is in one of his books.1) Estee's right. No RTV editor could resist showing it to us if it were. And, you can bet the'd have checked as soon as they saw the footage of Heather claiming it was. 2) I seriously doubt, even if it was in the book, that any recipe in a cookbook of something called a "signature dish" is complete in all ways. If everyone can cook it at home, it ceases to be special. I'd be willing to bet that there would be a slight change in the printed recipe from what is actually prepared in the kitchen. At best, there may be a recipe for that particular fish served with a different sauce, and a separate recipe that calls for that sauce, or a variation of it, served with a different main. Or, possibly, a section of text that speaks to various component seasonings/herbs that work well together - like possibly pairing basil with a bean puree.
