PLEASE NOTE: The Reality TV World Message Boards are filled with desperate
attention-seekers pretending to be one big happy PG/PG13-rated family. Don't
be fooled. Trying to get everyone to agree with you is like herding cats,
but intolerance for other viewpoints is NOT welcome and respect for other
posters IS required at all times. Jump in and play, and you'll soon find out
how easy it is to fit in, but save your drama for your mama. All members are
encouraged to read the
complete guidelines.
As entertainment critic Roger
Ebert once said, "If you disagree with something I write, tell me so, argue
with me, correct me--but don't tell me to shut up. That's not the American way."

This has been driving me nuts and last night I just couldn't stand it anymore. Would you want to eat ANY food that comes out of there? I have NEVER seen any of these people wash their hands, sanitize them, or especially wear hair nets. Heck, most fast food restarants have better standards for a clean kitchen than this show does... Jessica was constantly wiping sweat off her forehead then would go right back to preparing food... Michael loves to wipe his hands on his dirty apron and again, go back to preparing food. Remember Jimmy? He was constantly touching his face and stuff... Shouldn't Ramsey be going over this too? Isn't this a big part of running your own kitchen??? --Donna :~)

Donna - I am so glad that someone brought this up. YES, I totally agree with you!Last night, Jessica had LAID DOWN on the prep counter and her hair (undoubtedly full of product) rested on a cloth-- which probably was then used to wipe off the side of the plate for presentation. Ewwww. And...the time when they turned the AC off in the kitchen, and it was over 100 degrees, there had to be lots of sweating/ bacteria transfer that day. I think most of this occurs in most restaurants, but some things are better left unseen.
