"Episode #2: desynced." |
My local feed had a problem last night: the audio and video slipped out of step. I was getting the sound about three seconds after the picture, and it lasted for the first half-hour of the episode. Lips moving without words coming out. Much like the blue kitchen, which had people moving without food coming out. And then we had brains grinding without thoughts coming out. 'We are men! We don't need no help from stupid girls! Because girls are stupid! And can't cook, even though they've beaten us twice at service so far. And -- and -- and they're stupid! So there!' The egos are high, the talent is low, and they're confused on which way to go...And in the other kitchen, we have a contest. Do you want to kill Elisa? Would you rather off Carrie? Well, you can't have both, at least not unless Gordon's in an exceptionally foul mood. But the other seven females are voting. They're changing ballots every five seconds, sure, but they're voting! Now if they could just stop voting long enough to get a total... And in the meantime, Gordon is stealing challenges. From himself. The first triple-elimination can't come soon enough.

Why do people have sex on these shows? Hell's Kitchen is the worst, because there is never anyone who is appealing, although I will say, that when you see the past winners, they seem more together than we ever saw them.

LAST EDITED ON 07-25-11 AT 07:59 PM (EST)I'd feel sorry for the guys if I wasn't watching the show just to see Ramsey explode at whichever chef fouls up spectacularly. As for the guys' attitude when Ramsey said he'd send a woman over to them -- I have some news for them. They've lost two services in a row -- and were kicked out of the kitchen in the second service to boot! They need all the help they can get! And as for the women, I think I'd off Carrie first simply because she's weaker than Elise. Then I'd off Elise!
