Up until this past week, I would have said Benjamin. He seemed to be getting the most complements from Ramsey and he had made very few mistakes. I believe he got yelled at more this past week than all the other weeks combined.Now I think it could be a toss-up between Benjamin and Jay. They are being shown as being the most knowledgeable. Though I really don't like Jay and I'm not sure how well he can cook or lead. Ed could slip in under the radar, his story is almost non-existent. He has been screamed at for making a few mistakes, but not that many. But he hasn't received very much praise from Ramsey either. It could be that they are setting us up for a surprise finish with the editing. The only female I see having a chance of winning is Holli. She hasn't made too many mistakes and has been praised for her cooking.

It's hard to say with the way Ben and Ed were edited the past episode. Neither distinguished themselves in particular and it was Jason & Holli who stood out more in the past couple of episodes.What was interesting to me was how Gordon was picking on Jason to be more vocal in the kitchen, and Jason had a confessional about it - an indication that Gordon sees him as a potential head chef? I'm not sure he's vocal enough to win the role, though. Holli seems to have an uptick in confessionals and she's been nailing her services the last few episodes in particular. We should have a better idea after tonight's episode, but I'm currently seeing a final three of Jason, Blue Jay and Holli, unless Ben or Ed pick themselves up. I think Ben could replace Jason in the final three, though.
