Girls get home all drunk and giggly and the men aren't happy.

And I'm back live.
Ariel working the sorbet table side. Since the guys are one down they will all be doing the sorbet whenever they can.
Tenille says the scallops are too dark. Ramsey likes Suzanne's scallops.
Kevin out to do the first sorbet for the blue. Van taking Kevin's place, but his food is bland.
Most of the sorbets out so on to entrees.
Ramsey getting on Amanda about her entree.
Andy on garnish and needs to set the pace but it isn't going. Kevin finds confusion when he gets back.
Blue team gets back on track. Suzanne and Sabrina not coordinating to get the dishes done at the same time.
The lamb comes out and comes right back. Lamb is raw and dry on the outside and she has to go out and eat what she cooked.
And break.

Blue kitchen has found its rhythm. Sabrina back in and trying to find her way.
Pressure on Andy to keep up. But he doesn't have enough potatoes.
Suzanne with the never ending one minute left. Too many one minutes left and they have to start the whole table over.
Men down to the final three tickets. Andy just now realizes he is out of potatoes and now at a stand still waiting for potatoes.
Suzanne having problems getting the fish out, and then throws Amanda out of the bus.
Ramsey heading for fetal position.

So here I am watching Hell's Kitchen and I realize they have to do something in the area of 10 Thanksgiving Dinners in one night.
And what I mean by that is this. When I make Thanksgiving Dinner, once the turkey is in the oven, early on in the day, the dishes get washed. the potatoes are peeled and in the pot, the gravy base is ready to go, the carrots are prepped, it's a beautiful thing. Relaxing with a lovely glass of wine.
Then one-half hour before dinner time, all hell breaks lose. Where there was once a clean lovely kitchen with a wonderful turkey roasting smell, turns into a freakin' nightmare of mashed taters, splattering gravy, turkey carnige and assorted crimes against humanity.
Well, Hell's Kitchen does that ten times over every night.
Whew!

Andy in slo mo and they think he has given up. Dave gets the potatoes done and all the entrees are out.
Red team on the last table.
We completed but it should have been way better and both teams are weak. The winner tonight is the blue kitchen. Best performance from Dave.
Tennille, I'm glad you are still here, your best service. Best of the worst. Put two up for elimination.

I was just coming to post this. It happened between the 48 and 49 minute mark. Chef Ramsey was yelling at Amanda and Tek was in the background. And it was for at least 5-7 seconds I think. I agree with hkfan...very bad editing. WOW!

I was just about to comment on how Dave seems to be a bit too much of a "stoner dude" to be a head chef under Gordon Ramsay - then I realized that the restauraunt is in Whistler.
