We have undercooked rice, biscuits and gravy, one serving of edible prawns and "I am not an animal". Oh and apparently why no one likes brussel sprouts is no chef can actually cook them all the way to cooked. And I think he really has, with the attitude, short fuse, lack of skills, and no lack of words! Seems that we have a few men on the blue team that are easy to shoot off the mouth, but not so good in the kitchen. At least Joseph seems to know what he's doing in the kitchen. I don't understand why Tek didn't get put up on the block for screwing up the scallons half a millions times, but there were only 2 nominations and so many people who could have gone home! What a total castastrophe! It seems every season, they get more 'seasoned' chefs, who have less brain cells, and more attitude! Also, what is the deal with Heather? Did she lose her restaurant? Why on earth would she want to come back to that chaotic mess? And why wasn't she doing SOMETHING in that kitchen to get those women on point? Her contract with the winning restaurant was for a one year stint and she was doing other things after that. I don't think she "lost it", but she wasn't reupped at the end of the year, either. I never thought the sous chef's job was to protect the contestants from their own idiocy. With the ones we see on Next Food Network Star, we know there are better cooks out there. And? I'm sure the producers are feeding lines to the cooks for their little individual spots. No way this bunch could come up with the things they say on their own. Each season they get cockier and cockier with their attitudes.
