Challenge: 20 ingredients. Make dishes using all 20 ingredients, without using any of them twice. Blue team is having a hard time with Jen. She's trying to take every ingredient and tell others what to cook. When time's up she tries to plate the veal, onto Louross' plate where it was supposed to be. Louross doesn't want it and waves her off. Now, it's too late to plate the veal, so they don't serve it. Mattie chops the top 1/2" off his finger while chopping pancetta. The women rise to the challenge. They take over his dishes while he goes to the medic. Chef wants to know where the top of his finger is. Oops. "Check the pancetta. " Ah... There it is - in the skillet. Chef: "Oh great! The 21 ingredient challenge!" He's now calling Mattie the "9-finger man". Red wins because of the missing veal. They would have easily lost, otherwise. Blue gets to do laundry while Red gets a photo shoot. Jen pouts (to the point of Jean Phillipe calling her on it. Shark's coming up, along with the important part of DWTS, & I still want to finish NCIS. We lvoe & hate Tuesdays. Why can't they put some of these on on Saturday? Jen's "taking charge" in Blue kitchen - not that that's a good thing. Critics in the dining room, Ramsay doesn't know what tables they're sitting so every table is a critic's table. Critics order one dish of each from each team. Red's dishes are coming out first, but both are impressing. Time for entrees from Red & Matt chooses 3 fillets that are of majorly unequal size. Christina & Petrozza are losing it. Louross' salmon gets raves, Christina's salmon is okay. Blue are getting their customers fed. Red is starving their customers. Rossann is forgetting the garnishes and is running out of carrot puree. Petrozza is getting it back together. Matt is now serving raw fillets and then overdoing it. Matt gives it to Chef and when told to serve it to the customer, refuses. Chef's ticked that he won't serve it but would set it on the pass. He throws Matt out of the kitchen and the pan, including the paper the fillet was setting on, onto the stove. Blue team has finished and they're brought in to finish Red Team's service. Jen has an orgasm. Blue Team finishes the service. Critics loved Blue Team, hated Red team. Corey had the best service. She gets to nominate. Corey wants to pick all 3 of them and is ticked that they're all making excuses. 1st nominee - Matt, for his performance. 2nd is Rossann - she never wants to work in a kitchen with her again. Rossann wants to stay because the longer she's here the more she learns. She's sent back in line. Mattie says the night doesn't end here for him this night. Rossann is fired and sent back to her daughter. The others are on borrowed time. Chef says that if the size of someone's mouth was a sign of a great Chef she'd be great, but she just has a big mouth. Next week, menu vs. menu. At least one sounds hiddeous. No one seems to be able to cook their own menu. Chef does something unprecedented. What? Fires them all and starts over with real contenders?
