Bonnie is the first to have no acceptable fish. Jen finishes with zero, also. But, Mellissa (he calls her "Prime Minister) gets 2, Julia (in spite of not having done Dover Sole before) gets 2. ~~Jen~~ Joanna manages 2. Tied, with one fish to go.
And, it's in. The women go fishing, the men have to prep every Dover Sole in sight.

I've only seen Season 2, but I think he had to close the restaurant down entirely at least twice because after 1.5 hours or so, not even enough appetisers had gone out.

I hate to say it but I'd keep Aaron in order to get rid of Vinnie. Aaron's scared of his own shadow, but feels inadequate. Vinnie thinks he's God's gift to chefdom.
