"Swimming for fitness"
Hi, I’m not sure if I can ask this here. I’m not good at sports, but I love swimming. The funniest thing is that I don’t swim. I tried many times but failed. As a beginner, I need tips on swimming lessons. I’m overweight. So, everyone is suggesting me, swimming as a good exercise. I searched online and found this article < http://www.ferraripools.com/blog/benefits-of-swimming/swimming-tips-beginners/ > which lists some tips for beginners. I don’t know whether it will help me. I’m really scared to start it. What else should I look into? Expecting genuine replies.

Swimming is a very good exercise. It can make your mind as well as body relaxed. It makes your body flexible and helps you to reduce your weight. Hence it's always good to study swimming. Go ahead without wasting time.
