"The key to Rudy's game strategy."
'There's no jury. As long as I keep losing enough weight to stay above the line, I can do whatever I want.' The last couple of weeks have shown him pulling out a remarkable talent for pissing people off at the moment they go out the door: put him on a show that isn't ultimately achievement-based and he'd direct a few votes to whoever was sitting next to him. But since his fate is ultimately under his control (as long as he doesn't have a bad week), he's free to irritate anyone and everyone at the departure point with no payback.

This isn't the show which should pull out a final vote to determine a winner: it would invalidate most of the premise. But...

...you know: just to see his face...

I really don't like Rudy anymore. His vote isn't what bothered me... I expected him to vote for Becca. But the excuses he is coming up with are absurd! He is just not a nice person!

I hope that he is in the bottom two of the final 4 so that America gets to vote him to go home. AND I hope that Becca kicks his butt in the at home contest.

~Thanks Agman..couldn't have done it without you. ~

Personally I don't have a problem with Rudy. I'm no more annoyed with him than I was listening to Shay drone on and on about how much she needed to be there or that whole little group of Rebecca, Amanda, Shay and Danny act like they were back in middle school.

This is the first year ever that I have been really okay with any of the final six (including Amanda and Rebecca) winning it.

I didn't understand what Jillian and Bob were saying about Allen. Were they upset he only lost 5 pounds because they were afraid he would fall below? Or were they thinking he really doesn't need to lose anymore?

What I got from Bob was 'Allen's not meant to be a skinny man: he's always going to have a husky build with a decent amount of muscle on top of it. He's actually getting pretty close to his goal weight. If he tries to keep going at the same pace just to increase his chance of winning, he'll start to lose vital mass in muscle tissue, stress his organs, and completely total his newfound health in name of getting money -- money which won't be enough to pay the hospital bills.'

I guess I was confused by the earlier session when Bob was questioning Allen about not winning immunity.

I agree, he really doesn't need to lose much more.

I agree Boo.
Losing weight does not change a person's personality - who they are (usually).
Rudy is who he was when he arrived and who he will remain. So he put his foot in his mouth and brought up something that maybe could have been left unsaid; and maybe he could/should have said something to Rebecca about it long ago; but he wasn't obligated to and as Estee says, he's not trying to win Rebecca's vote.

I think he was trying to make some excuse/reason for voting Rebecca instead of Liz and flubbed up; he could have just said he felt Rebecca would do better at home than Liz..... but he didn't so.

I don't think they were upset that Allen lost only - I thought they were saying that 5 was a good amount for him to lose - and that the game shouldn't get in the way of the way he needs to lose.
