"Radio interview with trainer Jillian Michaels"
She's on my local radio station right now. Here are some things she has said:

-she used to be 50 lbs overweight and that's what got her started in the personal training business.
-being in the house with all the snacks is hard on her too and the contestants have to support her too, and tell her to "Step away from the nutter butters!"
-the other trainer Bob has partaken in some of the treats, but she has resisted.
-she's not really mean, its just "editing"

It was a pretty short interview, so that's basically it!

One word: GOTHMOG!

WOW! I didn't really think about it but it makes sense to have the trainer's stay in the house with them! Also, just from my experience, I think it is a little easier for men (in general) to lose weight. I think men's motabilism is faster. That is why I like MTW's idea of the % of weight lose!

LOL! I laugh when I see that she isn't really mean...it is editing. Isn't it typical for mean people to not think their mean?

Editing, schmediting. She is just downright mean (or is edited to be mean)! I wonder if she sees herself on t.v. and regrets her style. It's a reality show...not gang member boot camp!
I hope that the blue team does really well.

Over eating and undereating are directly related to emotional and coping issues. One eats everything in the fridge while the other keeps it empty. When going through weightloss, I would think that the trainer that worked with me, taught me and encouraged me would be the one to move me to lose weight. If I had lil miss Hollywood socialite trainer yelling at me I would have called her mommy dearest and run-away. I'd feel bad enough about myself being heavy...I wouldn't need her withholding my comfort (food)!
