PLEASE NOTE: The Reality TV World Message Boards are filled with desperate
attention-seekers pretending to be one big happy PG/PG13-rated family. Don't
be fooled. Trying to get everyone to agree with you is like herding cats,
but intolerance for other viewpoints is NOT welcome and respect for other
posters IS required at all times. Jump in and play, and you'll soon find out
how easy it is to fit in, but save your drama for your mama. All members are
encouraged to read the
complete guidelines.
As entertainment critic Roger
Ebert once said, "If you disagree with something I write, tell me so, argue
with me, correct me--but don't tell me to shut up. That's not the American way."

Hi, lollipop. Welcome to RTVW!Maybe your local library has copies. Then you could try them at no cost. So even if you hate them, at least you didn't waste any money. I didn't even know that there were BL workout DVDs. I would not likely be able to use them because I am not coordinated enough to follow those things. Honestly, the only one that I didn't quit in frustration was the Susan Powter one (remember her? "Stop the Insanity"?) However. I have Jillian Michaels' book "Making the Cut", which is an exercise and diet regime for people who are farther along with their fitness goals. If you are at a more advanced level, you might try this book. The workouts are largely weight-training with short cardio intervals. She expects you to have a gym membership and dumbells. I have no gym membership, but I do have a Bowflex (thanks Mom!), so I just modify the exercises to fit my machine. She doesn't seem to believe in idle chitchat, so the book is straighforward and the instructions easy to follow. If you don't want/intend to use machines, "One Body, One Life", by Gregory Joujon-Roche might be for you. He includes several types of exercises including strength training, yoga, martial arts and cardio interval. All you need are some dumbells. I should add that I never follow the diet plans in books. Some things are just a bit kooky, like the weekend cleanse drink thing in "One Body..." No garlic-parsley-lemon cocktail for me, thanks. Agman made it so!
