PLEASE NOTE: The Reality TV World Message Boards are filled with desperate attention-seekers pretending to be one big happy PG/PG13-rated family. Don't be fooled. Trying to get everyone to agree with you is like herding cats, but intolerance for other viewpoints is NOT welcome and respect for other posters IS required at all times. Jump in and play, and you'll soon find out how easy it is to fit in, but save your drama for your mama. All members are encouraged to read the complete guidelines. As entertainment critic Roger Ebert once said, "If you disagree with something I write, tell me so, argue with me, correct me--but don't tell me to shut up. That's not the American way."

"My favorite show"
This show has become my favorite. I know I am watching previous episodes. Let me tell you all what I have done in a short week since getting into the show. I get on my exercise bike and watch and pedal the whole time, not on a fast pace, however, I'm exercising. I just ate a turkey burger that I see they use on the show and with reduced cal. mayo, tomato and onion I was in heaven. I eat red foods for my heart (apples, cherries, strawberries, all fruit. I was on the bike 3 hours today and loving it. I am finally able to say I enjoy exercising on that bike while watching the show. Now here's my situation, I had a transplant 14 years ago and have to take prednisone with the rejection medicine for life. This has given me hope to get off some of that weight. First week I have lost 2 and a half pounds. It felt great. Thank you for this amazing show. robby
