"Something's Fishy..."
I don't like how this episode went. I was wondering throughout the episode whether another one of the women would be cut. It certainly makes sense, as every woman is smaller than almost every man. On the other hand, dismissing a third woman would severely imbalance the estrogen and testosterone, and producers might not think that makes for good TV.

So I don't think I believe the team eliminated Aaron for the reasons they gave; I think they were somehow coached or guided to that decision. For the guy who's lost the most three weeks in a row, it just doesn't make sense to want to kick off your biggest asset. I might have believed eliminating Maurice since he's underperformed each time, but not a guy who's already lost almost as much as the two women put together.

The thing is, Aaron didn't have that much left to lose. So his weight loss will slow down. His body will fight harder to keep those remaining pounds on. I would have voted for Mo. I still can't figure out why he hasn't lost more. With the dramatic change in diet and exercise, a guy that size should have shed 40-50 lbs by now. He's got to be eating hundreds, if not thousands, of calories less than he used to. So I just don't get it...unless he's cheating.

Anyway, I'm sad to see Aaron go cause he was the best looking guy on the show. He has potential to be quite hot at a healthier weight. Also, he was a good teammate.

Que serra...

I don't think there is any conspiracy going on. These people desperately want to be there and stay there for the weight loss - more so than the money I think.

They all realize how badly each one wants to stay. I think it has to be very difficult to vote against someone, more difficult than Survivor I would think.

Aaron's own comments gave them a reason to vote against him. He told them he was more than halfway and could lose the rest on his own. Therefore, he didn't need to be there as badly as each of the others did. They are ALL desperate for just one more week!

If the producers had wanted them to vote a guy out I think they would have went for the one with the bad knee, so I don't think there was anything coached.
The women thought one of them was going and voted for Aaron for the reasons they said and probably a little out of spite as well.
Maurice is the strange vote and I'm thinking maybe he voted for Aaron to try to get rid of some of his competition in the long run.
How does that work later, anyway? When are the two groups going to become one? And when they do, I can't see that they would continue to vote people out, because then the guy who lost the most every week would just be voted out from a competition stand point.

I think your theroy is possible. The producers (directors) really on had to flip that one guy (the woman had already formed an alliance). Of course it is unlikely we will ever know the truth.
