"Season 2, Episode 6 discussion"
Didn't see a discussion of last night's episode started yet, so am starting one. Here are some of my thoughts on last nights show.

Susan, I was actually liking her character and storyline last night. I really enjoy her when she is with Mike (he seems to bring her a little more down-to-earth) and I enjoyed her interaction with Paul last night as well. I think it's funny how little she thinks things through though, as was evidenced by her trying to have Paul arrested, until Mike explained why they couldn't.

My husband and I were actually laughing out loud when she said her "just cuz your a convict and I burned someone's house down" line (can't remember the exact wording I'm afraid). Which is a pleasant change from cringing everytime Susan is on screen cuz she's being so riduculous.

I liked Gabby turning the tables on the attorney. And I enjoy Lynette's storyline when she is with her hubby. But why would someone allow themselves to be treated like that at work?! That seems pretty far fetched to me. Hope her boss mellows out a bit or Lynette asserts herself more soon.

As for Bree and George I just can't stand to see them together. Hopefully we will not have to endure his creepy character much longer!!!

I think it's a bit odd that they only show the new family every other episode. Looks like we will see more of them next week from the previews.

So do you guys think Mike and Susan will stay broken up this time or will they get back together?

1. "RE: Season 2, Episode 6 discussion"
The swollen eyes of Susan at the very end of last night's episode looked very genuine. Of course I don't think they will stay broken up although she screwed up big time by lying to Mike about Zach. Although, as a mom of daughters, I can understand her reasoning of wanting to protect her daughter.

As for George, I cannot STAND him and I am just waiting for Bree to wake up and figure him out. I am also extremely bothered by the fact that right after Rex dies, her two kids are gone; Andrew shipped back to boot camp and Danielle on some school trip? Just seems wrong and not believable.

As far as Lynette goes, I am glad that they finally moved away from the "guilty working mom" storyline. Her boss seeing the tags on the back of the suit would have been sooooo humiliating. Also, I agree that Lynette should not put up with her coworkers making fun of her clothing. Having been out of the workforce for so long, I guess it's understandable that she would be so insecure.

Gaby...when are we going to see some evidence of her pregnancy? No Dr's appts? No morning sickness? No baby "bump"?

Part of what made last season so intriguing is that they kept us guessing with the Mary Alice story line. They started out with a new mystery of the new neighbors but then vomitted everything out in one episode...they're gonna have to give us more.
