In a lot of situations it would be rare to see someone like that do well because most companies require an education. If it is a high school dropout slacker who spent the last 5 years working at McDonald's, then no, I don't want him wasting time on the Apprentice. If it's a high school dropout slacker who started his own business and was actually successful, showed some kind of drive in his life, than yeah, that might be interesting.
