So I understand that Kim Beckman-Heskell is a "high-powered corporate executive," but doing what? Why didn't they show the Christian stay-at-home mom "working" in that job? I realize the shows are only so long and they'd rather show the drama, but it seems like they must only go to those jobs for an hour or so. I can't imagine most employers allowing some unknown stranger even into their facilities much less doing actual work. So if they can't do the actual work, they surely don't make them stay there the whole day, do they? And then a previous week I believe it was the truck-pull wife (I'm still not sure what the hell a truck-pull is) had two jobs, but they didn't show the other wife except for about a second in the first job and not even that long at the beauty salon.

I've wondered about that, too. I mean, if you are a trained professional, say a Physical Therapist, or RN, who has an advanced degree, who in their right mind is going to let a stranger walk in and take over your job, for even an hour?
That's just insane! Not only is it unsafe, it's against the law for this other person to even be looking at the health records of the clients. Even if the other person was a beautician, or accountant, I sure couldn't walk in and take over their role!
So, I'm not sure what they do. Maybe they go in and just clean up the office, or sit in on meetings? I have yet to figure that out. I think the show should really ellaborate on that more, at least on ONE episode so we could get an idea. HOWEVER, on the switch where the one lady was a 'shock jock' they showed her swap-out doing her job, so what was THAT about??
I guess in some jobs, there is little training, where others, there's just no way they can actually trade out for the day, week, or whatever, so they just improvise? That's the best I can figure, anyway.....

Yea, that was weard; I mean I wonder if they are actually doing the job or if its just for show. Like with the Tree house mother when she went to the Yeal mom's job and did not know about that kind of work. I don't understand how that could even be done. Or when that stay at home mother who acted like a fairy was a school teacher; I could understand them letting her do that ladies second job where she was just frying food, but teaching a classroom????????????? Or the engeneer and the nurse's job being filled; that was wierd. If its just waiting on tables or cleaning; the stay at home mothers should know that kind of work, but not these jobs that require degrees, UNLESS THEY also have degrees in those fields. I didn't even know you could legally do that.
