I think Wife Swap is a better show than Trading Spouses. Wife Swap appears much more organized with the writing and reading of manuals, then spending one week following the already established household rules, then the rules change ceremony, then spending the following week following the new rules, then the meeting of the couples. If you want to be on a reality show, just keep in mind that any of these shows will edit it the way they want to for the ratings. When the rules change and the new "mom" makes additions to the house, appliances etc. who pays for those things? Does the show? If so, do the families get to keep the stuff?
