BRE_IS AWINNER 53 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Hollywood Squares Square" 05-11-06, 06:25 PM (EST) "whats the point in keeping her" i myself loooove danielle and want her to win but every week the judges go on and on about how she wont win due to her accent which i feel is discriminitive. thre are plenty of models who doesnt speak proper english and not get bashed for it i mean its something she grew up with.(southern accent). so either they think shes gonna lose the accent in a week(shes not) or they are gonna let her go either way they need to stop playing games.   Top

"RE: whats the point in keeping her" right... if tyra's gonna complain every week, then the least she can do is offer danielle some assistance or guidance in how to get rid of the accent. danielle doesnt even know where to start-- except to try not to speak so fast. the girls in the house sure arent helping her work with diction, and i dont think they have a tv so that she could at least listen to other people's pronunciation and try to imitate it. but she shouldnt have to resort to depending on her competition or the tv. tyra needs to step up or shut up. as long as danielle doesnt run all of her words together, she should be fine. i dont have a problem with her accent at all. nicole won last year, and she bores me to death every time one of her "my life as a covergirl" commercials comes on. so if sounding like nicole is danielle's only option, then i hope she doesnt win and gets a contract with another company.   Top
