I agree with you completly - especially about A L Talley - most partial judging I've seen. Hope Miss J comes back & He's history.I actually missed the finale LOL. I was recording it last night to watch a bit later & only recorded the first hour with the final 4 - completely missed the runway show! But I had figured Krista would win. I really wanted to see Alexandra in the final 2 tho. & I thought it wrong that Krista won the airplane challenge - when Alex obviously worked the walk & personality much better. In the end, happy to see Angelea NOT get to the finale (mean of me isn't it? ) Slicey took out the wrinkles '08Side note: Mr Jay is hot; just saying.

I missed the finale, but am not surprised at the outcome. The judging is so slanted from season to season. In past cycles, girls have been criticized for looking too old. Krista looked far older than any of the other models, and nobody ever commented on it. She also looked mean, not fierce, in most of her shots. Talley was a terrible judge, and yes absolutely favored models of color. His critiques were harsh, and him sitting there wearing gaudy tents for clothes. Who can take his taste in fashion seriously - well okay other gay men do obviously, and they have a hammerlock on women's fashion that just astounds me. Will women ever take back the world of women's fashion from gay men? How is it that gay men get to decide what looks best on women? One of the reasons the image of a model is so far removed from real women is because these men are creating a caricature of woman-ness. I look at the photos they love and hate them because the women look so fake and freakish.
