2. Download the application and follow all the instructions there. For ANTM here is the website which really isn't that hard to find:
http://www.cwtv.com/thecw/topmodel-cycle13-Casting ETA. The season with the short contestants that will air in the fall for people under 5'7" is already cast, and that seems to be the info that is still up. When they get closer to casting for the spring season they will update the website so check back there every week or so until it is updated. You will have to see what the eligibility requirements for that cycle are when they are posted on the network's official website.
