tmj212 44 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Beauty Pageant Celebrity Judge" 05-08-06, 04:52 PM (EST) "Niambi's Affirmation Tape Brought Me to Tears" I was really moved by Friday's episode and actually cried when Niambi 'found her voice' in the recording studio. I can relate to the negative messages that I was also told as a child, and was overjoyed by the remix of her affirmations. This is my first post, and I am only writing because there were no comments on this. Am I the only one that thought it was powerful? IMO some of the exercises are a little out there, but I thought that this one was pure genious, and would love to have my own CD with positive statements to start to undo some of the negative self-talk that I play in my head daily. The other HGs seemed equally moved as they listened, and I felt that this was a step in the right direction for Niambi.   Top
