LAST EDITED ON 03-30-05 AT 11:56 AM (EST) Well, not really cheated, but didn't it look like Lynn was about 10 feet away from the target while all of the others were about 25? I wonder what the actual rules were for the spear tossing about the distance. Comments are welcome. Smart aleck comments are more welcome.   Top

It did look like they were much closer to their bag than eveyrone else. Did not they all have to do it from the same distance? That was a real oversight on the CBS part - how can they give someone a clear cut advantage like that? that was just bull-sh!t. It was hillarious watching Rob though strugle with this. On the other subject i do to have questions about Ray and Deena's first class flight, but i want to start a new thread on that.   Top

I'm sure that somehow it's Rob and Amber's fault . The game isn't perfect...there will be breaks like that for teams when you are dealing with "judges" in native countries that are trained on the fly as they go in competitions. It's not fair, but I don't think anyone could say that TAR affected the outcome. It's just one of those "life ain't fair" kind of things. Some refs are more picky than others, etc. It was, though, pretty sloppy on someone's part not to catch it in mid-contest and get it going correctly.   Top
