PLEASE NOTE: The Reality TV World Message Boards are filled with desperate
attention-seekers pretending to be one big happy PG/PG13-rated family. Don't
be fooled. Trying to get everyone to agree with you is like herding cats,
but intolerance for other viewpoints is NOT welcome and respect for other
posters IS required at all times. Jump in and play, and you'll soon find out
how easy it is to fit in, but save your drama for your mama. All members are
encouraged to read the
complete guidelines.
As entertainment critic Roger
Ebert once said, "If you disagree with something I write, tell me so, argue
with me, correct me--but don't tell me to shut up. That's not the American way."

They need to make the Road Blocks mandatorily alternating between team mates... No 1 team mate should be allowed to perform ALL, or the majority, of the Road Blocks...

This has been discussed before, however the concensus was that this would cause too many problems, so no-one should be allowed to do more than 2 roadblocks in a row has been suggested

LAST EDITED ON 11-11-04 AT 08:14 PM (EST)As posted in spoilers by realitybites, according to the TV guide article, this time 'round each contestant will be limited to performing a total of six Road Blocks for the Race. No mention on any restriction on consecutiveness. (Hopefully this isn't really a spoiler since it's more of a 'preview' already put out by EPBvM et al.) My problem with the alternating roadblock rule was that it took strategery out of the game. But setting a game max adds an element of strategy to the game. Do you save your stronger player for the later legs, risking that you may finish last and not make it there? Do you use your stronger player early to ensure that you stay in the game, but set yourself up to be weak at the end? Watching the bowling moms sputter on the climb shows the danger of this approach. (Yes, I know they had no choice, but I'm saying teams with a choice could end up in trouble if the weaker one has to do the end tasks.) This way, the teams have to plan. I know this is Bashers, but I won't bash this idea. Yes peeps, I misspelled a word. Deliberately. I'm not identifying which one, in case I misspelled more than one, in which case you can just guess which one was intentional. Please abide in my words, for my references speak of the truth that is within me.
